Oh it is. Billy and Mandy was one of my favorites but KND had some fun villains and plotlines. I love that when you turn 18 they wipe your memory of KND. Its clever. Billy and Mandy was definitely funnier though.

The I.M Weasel cartoon also dabbed on Tiny Toons at one point. There's an episode about tired episode formulas including "[x] Babies" and at one point Weasel accuses the Red Guy of scribbling out Buster Bunny's name in a script and replacing it with Weasel's. The close-up of the script shows the name Bugs scribbled out, replaced with Buster, then having that scribbled out too and replaced with Weasel's name.
