I'm creating a low-cost food budget. So far I have:
>cup noodles
>hot dogs
>hot pockets
>pasta
>canned hotdogs
>chicken patty sandwiches
How long can I go with eating just this food?

Get some canned veggies and fruit you mook
if these are your options, you can easily just live off the $1 menu instead
fatty
>literally all processed garbage
retard spotted
beans and rice, faggot

I've lived off of mainly pizza, dollar menu, hotdogs, chicken patties, and noodles for about 10 years.
Download all the fast food apps. They give away pretty good deals almost weekly so you can just hit up all the deals through the week. Free sandwiches and shit. I could probably make it on $10 or $15 in fast food in a week with the deals.
So you can make it at least 10 years, but I'll tell you. I think I'm getting close to death. The only thing keeping me going is my Link gains and the future I know I have coming if I can make it.
Potatoes mixed with eggs, salt and a bit flour, then fry in butter. Cheap and something else.
Thanks, I forgot. I'm gonna call my dad for veggie recipes. I can also eat plums, they're my favorite.
I wouldn't go full $1 menu, but I'll throw that in.
I have the mcdonald's app. I'll make sure to use that often.
Your going to feel like shit
Plant you own veggies if you have a garden. All the vegetables you buy at the grocery store are completely depleted of vitamins and minerals.
I hope you're trolling. Rice, beans, eggs, on sale/manager special/cheap cuts of meat, canned/frozen veg
Potatoes too
You’re going to end up severely depressed.
>4 serves of skim milk powder
>1 scoop protein powder
>1 cup of powdered oats
>1 tablespoon peanut butter
>500ml of water
Throw it all in a blender and you have 1000 calorie meal with 60g protein, a bunch if carbs and good fats
Costs about $3 AUD so about $2 USD
Literally half your required daily calories with the right amount of protein, carbs and fats
I have this as well as my lunch as I’m bulking at the moment
Dude don't degrade yourself.
Just bring your backpack/shopping bag and steal what you need. Its a piece of cake.
> .t Been shoplifting since March and saving tons of money since Im bodybuilding and like crypto
>not scavenging the local foothills for snails, grubs, crickets, and other insects
>not raiding ant hills to make ant-smoothies
>not dumpster diving behind the local Cheesecake Factory for dessert
yea, definitely NGMI
Dude I just bought a 2.5lb chuck roast. You rough cut 4 large carrots, 2 sweet onions, and couple chunks of celery stock, garlic clove and sprigs of fresh thyme, and 1.5 cups beef bone broth in a crock pot with salt and pepper on low for 10 hours and you have a delicious and fresh meal that will feed you for about 2.5-3 days. Its all at Aldis minus the Thyme and will cost maybe. Make a gravy out of the drippings with a cornstarch slurry is insane full flavor over mashed potatoes as well. I think I spent like $12-14 to buy it all and its good for 3 days plus I still have more carrots, celery, onion, broth etc left over to use.
Crockpots are easy mode you just turn it on and forget it about. I want to buy a pressure cooker next. I've been whole chickens as well, carving them into individual pieces (leg, wing, breast etc) and baking them with dry rub mixtures. Delicious and so cheap. The whole chicken at Aldis is 5lbs free of hormone, pesticide, antibiotics and only $6 for the whole thing.
Very good macros, but I hope you take a multivitamin of some sort. You're severely lacking in tons of vitamins.
Your health is worth spending money on.
Fruits
Vegetables
Whole grains
Healthy fats
No added sugars
Dairy
Lean protein.
That's all shit. Try: beans, lentils, rice, potatoes, vegetables (I get frozen as they're convenient) and eggs. Cheap as fuck and healthy.
Pretty good advice.
Eggs and cheese with potatoes is such a good meal. Why is everyone against cheese on here?
Canned tuna and canned chickpeas. I swear I can eat that shit mixed together with some spices every meal of the day. Throw some sliced tomatoes, lettuce or whatever fresh or canned veggies in there too. Mix it up with canned lentils sometimes. Literally live off of $2/day and not hungry.
chicken breast (the frozen bags go on sale quite often)
10 lbs bag of rice
dried beans (your choice they are all good)
big bags of frozen vegetables
eggs
there you go you’ll eat like a king for weeks for under $50
add another $20 and buy a rice cooker
>low cost food budget
>hot dogs
>hot pockets
>canned hotdogs
>shicken patty sandwiches
You absolutely disgusting subhuman
buy fresh cheap veggies, high fat ground meat, and eggs. add olive and fry it all up. healthy, nutritious, and cheap.
imagine not prioritizing your food above everything else
spend the most on the food you dummy
better food = healthier brain = better thinking = better choices while buying shit = buying XRP
Look up something called colorectal cancer. You're setting yourself up for a slow and painful death in your 50s.
Based and creature pilled
Disgusting. Buy beef, beef liver, and eggs at the asian mart. Eat 1.5-2 lbs of beef, 12 eggs, and 40-100g of beef liver in one meal a day and thank me later.
Oh, and drink the eggs and eat the beef liver raw.
lol 20 years until you die of high being a fat fuck
