I haven't had McDonald's in years or any fast food (went to subway once or twice)
Just quit it cold turkey. It's genuinely pure cancer and other chemic diseases. It makes you fat, oily, sad and lazy. Fill your house with fruits and salads, if you make them correctly they can be really good. Tho not necessarily cheaper, it makes you feel much better.

My go to Mcdonalds is:
1 large big mac meal, fries and coke zero
1 large mchicken sandwich meal, fries and coke zero
1 20 piece mcchicken nuggies, 6 bbq dip
1 6 piece mcchicken select, sour cream dip
2 large mcfries
2 mcflurry oreo
1 mcchicken mayo with mcbacon
I eat 1 mcflurry first, followed by burgers and chips and then chicken.
You can freeze the mcflurrys to eat later.
O eat this in one evening
