After a month of playing, I was running up and down 5 floors of stairs on my building without gasping. I didn't actually lose a lose of weight compared to when I lifted weights on the gym but it did noticeably increase my stamina which is good.

if you can't fix your diet/don't want to stop eating shit food, just fast for 18 hours or 20 and pig out while still doing your workout.
worked for me, i went from 200lbs sedantry deskjob lifestyle to working out an hour a day and fasting 16:8 and some 24 hours fast periods while still eating what i love
but cut out soda for sure, drink water.
take vitamin supplements if you can't/won't change your diet to better foods.

also i recommend investing in a cheap rice cooker and an expensive sous vide to mass produce chicken and rice with it still being delicious.
throw in some sautee'd veggies or steamed veggies and you've got a delicious meal for cheap.
i live off that shit 5 days a week and eat w/e i want on the weekends.

Its light to medium cardio and if it can show sedentary people how much easier life is if you have just a bit of stamina it already achieved its goal.
Fasting and doing this daily put me down 10 pounds each week, but I can almost guarantee that was because I cut out bread and garbage, and had on meal a day. Other anons also mentioned it, but it is not all-in-one and is mainly cardio, so supplement it if you're not getting enough work from it.

This isn't the first time. I've been dancing between 190 and 300 for years because I've actually spent an entire year building up my body, but when I get injured or sick I start to get my weight back because my metabolism is shit. I also wouldn't say it's 10 consistently, just up to.
