Probably some random shit I bought for a buck on Steam years ago, although if we're talking major stuff then probably Saints Row 3 although that was more an issue with it running on my computer (no idea what the issue was, SR2 and SR4 ran fine).

That one Resident Evil game that came out a few years ago.

Only other game that I can actually think of that I refunded was FO4 VR. VR sounded so cool and within minutes you go "oh all these ported games are awful"
