Surprised Persona 3 isn't an option. It's one of the worst games I've ever played, even taking shovelware into account. Regardless, voted for Xenokek Chronicles. That whole series is a dogpile.
Persona 3 is only saved by being better than the games released after it which are somehow worse

Persona 4 and 5 are much better in different regards. Persona 4 has the better side cast and more chemistry between its main cast regardless of what you think of each individual character. Persona 5 still has a lot of gameplay issues but it's the cleanest the series has ever been (which is kinda sad lmfao.) The soundtrack in 4 and 5 also are nowhere near as repetitive as 3's so I'm partial to them, and also they look much better than P3.
Persona 4-5 have god awful story & characters, but the pacing in Persona 4 is so much better than 3 that it's hard to say it's not objectively a better game. Persona 5 is utter dogshit though

I enjoyed Stalker, never played torment and Persona games have always looked like dogshit. How poeple waifu shit with garbage artstyles is beyond me.
Dragon's Dogma, I do like it but I just haven't played it very much. Was worth the purchase though.
I think Persona 5 makes up for it with a few of its side cast. It's got 3 or 4 really good ones, whereas Persona 3 only has Akinari. Mutatsu and Tanaka are alright, but nothing super stellar. Persona 3's story is paced so poorly that whatever good ideas are there completely ruined, especially with the introduction of Aigis and the """"twist"""" with Ikutsuki.

Stalker. Needing one item from one character in one area to go through one door in the end-game to go through the process of unlocking the only positive ending is bullshit. I havent had much xp with everything on the list, but I hyped up stalker to an unreasonable degree, I guess.
Don't play deadly premonition, watch supergreatfriend playthrough.
Underrail. It's nothing but fucking combat but everyone kept saying it was like Fallout. It's not like Fallout at all.
Worse ye, for a game that's essentially just combat, the combat even that good.
Nier 1, you fucking faggots circlejerked it for months and shat on Automata. So i tried it and it was one of the biggest piece of shit i've ever played.

At least Witcher 2 and 3 make their combat press x to win so it's over quickly.

All of that is wrong, CDPR even said they had nobody on the staff who knew how to design gameplay for Witcher 3. Which is why the gameplay was so unbearably dogshit. More people finished Skyrim’s main questline than Witcher 3. That’s how shit it is
