Just wait a few years to see what stuff is going to PC anyways and see if whatever isn't is worth buying a Console on the used market for. Snoy already said they are putting all their third-party "exclusives" on PC anyways and Horizon Zero Dawn showed that they are willing to let first-party games go.

I actually bought Xbone due to better BC.
I also forgot that Gears5 gets update + story DLC. But unlike in case of "PS5 EXCLUSIVE" Spiderman Miles Morales they don't call it a new game and they don't charge you for an update.
Not to mention Demon Souls is a PS3 remaster.

All Xbox games are on PC so the only console you should buy, if anything, is a PS5 for whatever exclusives you want on there. An Xbox would literally be useless especially since you can’t pirate games. Also game pass is on PC too. Even to use as a “tv box” it’s useless because you can get an nvidia shield tv or even a steam streaming thing instead; both work perfectly.
