To become a citizen through the military route:
One technicality that exists per INA329 is service during periods of hostility which we are currently in and have been since 2001. However that eligibility is all to be determined by the admin.

let's leave aside the semantics of "discharging" and the actual terms used by the military for various forms of kicking people out or refusing to allow them to serve, based on where they actually are in the process of recruitment etc, and look at the facts
we have a mix of situations here, none of which have to do with them being immigrants per se.
- some failed security checks
- some failed criminal background checks
- some were doubtless refused because they didn't have legal status
these also aren't actual soldiers being thrown out. they haven't even been to basic training yet, so these are people being shitcanned during the recruitment process, or possibly during the time in which they've enlisted in the delayed entry program. see the quote here:

You can fix the military so damn quickly in 4 years it would blow most peoples minds. The turnaround rate IIRC is ~75% after their first enlistment is over. You simply take the top-down approach. Have the brass choose only "white" candidates for recruiters. Then train them to only accept whites with zero hispanic looking/sounding people (make up reason or add new regulation to easily prevent them from joining). Limit the black enlistment so its not too obvious.
Within 4 years you can bleach the entire Infantry (45,000 and most important) along with other combat MOSes which are largely white dominated. Then you just start not allowing people to easily re-up like the Marines do to prevent long-term blacks/hispanics/asians. It's much easier because of the command and control to do in the military than in the civilian world.
This will happen if the country breaks up or ethnic strife gets out of control. The military brass has to know this and be extremely fearful of it with contingencies already in place.
