If it were me or someone close I’d recommend a high fiber diet to sweep any clogs and old shit out. Followed by the keto diet since fasting in winter is hard af. And supplemented with activated charcoal and diatomaceous earth to kill any parasites(worms or bacteria) then high doses of fermented foods to replace the friendly casualties. It’s important not to try healing the liver, kidneys, lymph or anything else until the gut is sorted, because a ‘clog’ would just accumulate and exacerbate the problem.

A little. I have a bag of wooden ones. I bought them (if you can carve your own they will be more effective) but buying them is acceptable too providing one takes certain steps to personalise them. In my case, in order to bind them to me and create a personal connection, I ritually cut my finger and traced blood into each rune, therefor bonding them to myself. I dont use them as often as I use the tarot tbh as they are more "obscure" and difficult to glean meaning from but I still use them from time to time. A friend of mine is fascinated by them and likes me to cast a reading for him every time he visits (and im always happy to oblige him so they get used in that regard) Personally I find the Tarot easier to work with but everyone is different. I used to drive through wilmslow a lot when I lived on the mainland (I have relatives on the wirral so i'd go through macclesfield, wilmslow and onto birkenhead) Posh town is wilmslow - nice place to live. There are a few nice little affluent places like that in cheshire, knutsford being another one.
