It is criticism however to correctly identify you enemy, as you state.
Your best bet is to start VERY slow identifying certain systems and pipelines that exist that generate oppression in any form. Keep them very amorphous at first, such as the very deidentified (((capitalists))) the Marxists use of (((cronies))) for lolberts. Then slowly fill these amorphous and deidentified categories in with their real inhabitants. It will become very clear very quickly who occupies these power structures. Similarly make appeals to preservation of the target’s own. Who are they fighting for? Most imediately themselves, perhaps their families, make the extention to race eventually. What’s tough is I think it’s gonna vary from person to person. What specific topics or causes really resonate with a particular person.

For me it was guns. Base, perhaps even trite but it’s true. I grew up in northern New England. Despite lax gun laws gun ownership rates aren’t very high, nor was there at the time a strong gun culture like you see in the south. My grandfather had all kinds of guns but I wouldn’t say I grew up around them like somebody from a hunting family may have. But I always had an interest in them, but it wasn’t until a few years ago I legitimately feared they be banned so I became more active fighting for that right.

All of the time the US is compared to Europe in regard to murder rate, and to really contend with anti-gunners you need a strong understanding of the stats. The stats are clear that the majority of gun “deaths” are suicides, and suicide unfortunatley is the white mans burden. However the majority, yes majority of homicides in the US are committed by backs, despite them being only 13% of the population.
This was one of my primary redpills. It’s rather obvious to most in this board now but really eye opening to a normie who was in my specific predicament. I heard all kinds of race based politics before but rejected them for muh individualism. Once I came to this understanding on my own did the race based political arguments begin to make sense. From there natural extensions are made. How promotes such systems in our countries? Who benefits? Why is immigration tailored toward such violent individuals?
So it’s hard to get into specific redpills because it be dependent on your audience. Are they general maybe center left (aka average) college kids? Lots of them are in tuned with economic issues. Calling out the true nature of the (((banking system))) May be helpful. Are they center right? Catering to “muh rights” willl be necessary, and tackling the enemies of their rights, why they vote a certain way, and who benefits will be more helpful. See what I’m getting at?

One idea I've been throwing around is a conspiracy theory debate club. Could be a good medium for your thing OP.
The idea is pretty simple and self explanatory. Get a group of people to discuss some basics about conspiracies. Pick two out of the group who disagree about specific conspiracy, give them a week to research, then moderate a debate between them. If there is no difference in opinion one could always play devils advocate.
Since most pol redpill material is considered to be in the realm of conspiracy to normal fags it would be a great cover to drop some major redpills.

Everyone knows or is familiar with how Mormons can and do discriminate for other Mormons, especially in Utah. You may not get the job, you may pay more rent, etc. In smaller towns you may even see harassment like lack of public services if you're a heathen.
Then explain how this kind of nepotism is inevitable with smaller, tight-knight religious groups. Maybe bring up gypsies if the person knows about them.
Then simply say that Jewish success is essentially Mormon nepotism turned up to 11 and the proof is their rise in hierarchies everywhere (media jobs, banking, Harvard acceptance rates, etc.)
