THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDANCE 2.0

Every US citizen should read this, I know its a long fucking read but it puts you back in the shoes of our founding fathers and shows just how fucked our current political system is and how exactly we can fix it ourselves.

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
Read those paragraphs again, then one more time for good measure. GOD entitles us, not man, to take charge of our own destiny. When the government becomes destructive of their own populace, we have a RIGHT to abolish or replace it. Even back then they knew men craved law, and followed them even to the point of suffering, but it only takes a few men of action to kick things off.
The next bit is simply all the bullshit they had to go through under rule from the brits, which are all arguably taking place in today's society. Lets take a look at each one separately.
1. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
This charge refers to the fact that several of the colonies had been obliged from their establishment to submit their laws to the King for his approval. This power, the Declaration implies, was never consistent with the fundamental principle of just government: consent. And by adding "laws the most wholesome and necessary for the public good," Jefferson indicates that the laws that were vetoed were intended to accomplish the fundamental purpose of government stated in the preamble, "to secure these rights." One important example of this charge was King George's refusal to comply with various attempts by the Colonies to abolish the slave trade, as Jefferson explicitly stated in his original draft of the declaration. The King, wishing to protect this profitable British trade, defeated all attempts by the Colonies to curtail or abolish it.
So we have an overwhelming agreement in the general populace that they want law changed to meet their own social goals, but the laws are ignored by the leader for their ties to a big industry (money money money). Sounds quite a bit like many facets of America these days, people calling for legalization of marijuana, big pharma "intellectual rights" artificially inflating prices, government bailouts to private companies, the list goes on and on.

2. He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

This refers to the policy of requiring the colonial governors or chief executives within each colony to suspend certain kinds of laws passed by the Colonial assemblies until the King should give his assent to them. Sometimes these laws would be neglected by the King for years. Jefferson wrote in his "Summary View of the Rights of British America" (1774): "With equal inattention to the necessities of his people here has his majesty permitted our laws to lie neglected in England for years, neither confirming them by his assent, nor annulling them by his negative."

This is plain and simple government procrastination. Politicians do it all day every day with extremely important issues, so that they don't have to take a political stance and ruin their career, they just kick the can down the road. SCOTUS just kicked a suppressor hearing to the curb without looking at it, abortion is now back up for public debate and we have no federal input on it, immigration reform has taken the back burner for the 2020 elections, etc etc.

3. He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

This charge refers to a grievance that arose because of the British government's fear that the popular assemblies of the colonies were growing too large and powerful as new communities were formed and additional representatives were elected to the assemblies of the colonies. New Hampshire, South Carolina, and New York passed laws allowing for the establishment of new communities with elected representatives to their respective popular assemblies, all of which were disallowed by King George. Virginia was also constrained by the same policy. The colonists insisted that representation in their assemblies was their right, because government must be by consent of the governed. The British maintained that representation was a privilege granted by the King.

The states were trying to maintain a proper amount of political power for every individual within their states, back then it was about expansion. Now its about illegal immigration. Illegals take the census and add representatives to each state to accommodate the census findings, allowing blue states extra senators in the house and a higher vote count for presidential elections. Thats why the democrats are scared of Trumps census question that asks if you are a citizen, blue states will lose millions of inflated voter base and lose many seats in the house and their power in elections. We just want fair representation why is that so hard to do?

4. He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

This refers to situations that arose in Massachusetts and Virginia, when the colonial governors declared that the meeting sites of the assemblies should be moved for reasons of safety. In both cases, the new sites were at some distance from the places where the public records were kept; and the members of the assemblies charged that moving the sites of their meetings interfered with the public business and prevented them from access to information necessary to conduct it.

New era same shit, governments always try to hide everything they do from public record. Back the it was physical now its digital. We have all the technology to publish government documents online for all to see in an easily accessible digital database, but instead citizens must file paperwork to even see documents, most of which are denied for some bullshit reason if you even know what information to ask them to hand over to you. FOIA is just a cover up, all documents that don't involve national security should be easily accessible.

5. He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

This charge refers to edicts issued occasionally by the King that the representative bodies of the colonies be dissolved for various reasons. For example, in 1768, the representative assembly of Massachusetts issued a letter for circulation charging the King and Parliament with infringing the rights of Americans. After this letter had come to the attention of the British government, Governor Bernard of Massachusetts was ordered to dissolve the assembly unless the letter were rescinded. Letters were also sent to the governors of other colonies ordering them to prevail upon the members of their respective assemblies to ignore the letter. When the Massachusetts House voted not to rescind the letter, the Governor ordered it dissolved.

Easy day, it just means that citizens voices are shut down forcefully. All those right wing demonstrations that escalated because antifa showed up to shut them down, how many conservative rallies do you see on the news as of late? Conservative citizens being deplatformed online because of their views or even demonetized.

6. He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected, whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

This charge goes to the heart of one of the fundamental disagreements between the American colonists and the British government. Upon those occasions when their representative assemblies were dissolved, the people of the various colonies often formed special conventions for the purpose of passing laws and electing representatives to the Continental Congress. The people understood that their right of representation arises from their equal liberty with all other human beings; that equal liberty requires that no one has the right to rule another without that other's consent. That means that the right of representation in the lawmaking body, the legislature, depended, not upon the caprice of their governors, but originated with the people. If the King disbanded their legislatures, for whatever reason, the colonists believed that the right of self-government reverted to the people, and that they would then be justified in doing whatever they deemed necessary to reestablish representative government, even to the point of calling special conventions to govern them.

The reference to "Dangers of Invasion from without, and Convulsions within," recalls the Founders' understanding that life, liberty, and property are endangered when men live outside of government–in a "state of nature." In the state of nature, human beings have the right to form governments to protect themselves, in whatever manner they deem best.

A little lengthy but easily summarized, we the people have the right to protect ourselves if the government fails to do so. This can be applied to many aspects of the current system, the illegal immigration, the lack of a federal concealed carry agreement, the police brutality, the bundy standoff is a good example of how we the citizens have fought back in this aspect.

7. He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

This charge relates to the King's opposition to various colonial laws passed for the purpose of encouraging immigration to America. The British government feared that such encouragement would reduce the population of England and lure away workers who would otherwise be employed in its domestic industries. In addition, the King issued orders that made it more difficult to obtain land by royal grant. Americans believed that one part of the unalienable right to liberty was the liberty to make use of property to provide for oneself and one's family. To that end, government should make unused land available to the people by homestead or auction, so that it can be put to use by their labor. The King, however, treated all land in America as his, to be granted or to be withheld from others at his pleasure, even though neither he nor his officers had expended any labor upon it.

Simply politicians refusing to correct immigration laws based on favor of their own political gains. Then is was lack of immigration, now it the excess of immigration. Again Dems gain voter counts in their states by illegal immigrants using the census.

8. He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.

This charge pertains to a situation in North Carolina that originated from an act of the English government disallowing a law passed by the North Carolina legislature for establishing courts of justice and regulating their proceedings. The English objected to this law on the grounds that the establishment of courts of justice was an action reserved to the sovereign power, which belonged solely to the King. As a result, North Carolina was compelled to do without courts of law for a long time. Similar situations existed in South Carolina and Pennsylvania. These were all violations of the principle that just government derives from the consent of the governed, and that government exists to secure rights. Without a judiciary to punish criminals and to enable injured individuals to sue the injurer for redress, life, liberty, and property will be insecure.

A little more complicated to bring into the modern era. We do have our own court systems now, but they are extremely biased by politicized judges that can literally let you off the hook with a slap on the wrist if you have enough money/power (smollet/hillary/weiner). A "fair" system does not exist, i have literally had police lie in court but thanks to video evidence i was not charged, and they were never reprimanded.

9. He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

This charge refers to the need to separate the judiciary from the executive, in order to make government abuse of power less likely. Otherwise the people's unalienable rights would be endangered. It should be compared with Article III, Section 1 of the United States Constitution: "The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in Office." In 1761 the English government declared that the tenure of judges in colonial courts should be at the discretion of the King. This led to a crisis in New York in that same year, when the colony's judges refused to carry out their duties unless their commissions under the King were for continuance in office during good behavior. The New York legislature passed a law stipulating such tenure. When the British government learned of this law, it sent instructions to the colonial governors forbidding them from assenting to any act passed by their legislatures pertaining to the tenure of judges.

Simply the "king" keeping his judges who determine the outcome of all law cases in his pocket. Today we have left wing and right wing judges, each politicized to their own race/class of individuals, delivering rulings that have at least some form of bias.

10. He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.

This charge refers to additional customs officials and courts of admiralty–that is, military and not civil courts–established by the British government in the colonies, in an effort to enforce trade laws and prevent smuggling. Since none of these officials were approved by the colonial legislatures, they were illegitimate.

The war on drugs has ushered in a military police like system that cracks down on law abiding citizens day and night sometimes in no knock raids, taking anything they deem necessary with their civil asset forfeiture laws and selling the spoils to better fund each outpost to better catch more non criminals.

11. He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

This practice was a violation of the principle that government derives its just powers from the consent of the governed. Moreover, standing armies had long been regarded, in both England and America, as a danger that required the closest supervision of the people. In A Summary View of the Rights of British America, Jefferson wrote that if the King did indeed have the right to keep standing armies in the colonies during times of peace without America's consent, such a right "might swallow up all our other rights whenever he should think proper." At the end of the Seven Years' War with France, English troops were not withdrawn from the colonies. Indeed, the Quartering Act, passed by the British government in 1765, made the colonies liable for supporting the troops.

Two possible takeaways, people from a foreign land occupying our territories when we dont want them there, or government entities meant for forced anti sedition if the need ever rise. Illegal immigrants and the ATF fit both those roles perfectly.

12. He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.

Federal law allows states to form militias. These are reserve organizations under the authority of state governments and regulated by the National Guard Bureau.

There are two basic kinds of militias — State Defense Forces (also known as State Guards, State Military Reserves or State Militias) and Naval Militias. These forces are distinct from their state’s National Guard in that they cannot be mobilized for federal service and they are not funded by the federal government.

There are only 9 states (including puerto shito) that current have active weapons training militias. The states militia rights have eroded to the point that if we wanted a state based boogaloo we wouldn't have the manpower to pull anything off.

13. He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

This line introduces a recitation of certain acts of Parliament regarded as unconstitutional exercises of authority by the Americans. "He has combined with others" means that King George has given his assent to these acts of "pretended Legislation," that is, he has refused to exercise his veto on them. The "others" referred to here are the members of Parliament. This entire section rests upon a principal issue for the colonists: To what extent did the British Parliament have the authority to legislate for the American colonists? As one reads these charges, one should keep in mind the principle stated at the beginning of the Declaration, that all legitimate political power derives from the consent of the governed. This principle is implicit in the phrase "foreign to our Constitution." Jefferson refers to the American understanding of the British constitution (see his Summary View), which rests upon the principle of consent. "Our constitution," in this view, rightfully grants authority to the colonial legislatures to make laws for their respective colonies. The Founders believed that the colonists in each of the colonies had voluntarily consented to be governed by their own elected representatives; The colonies acknowledged King George as their "chief executive," and were in this sense British citizens. However, the colonists had not consented to be governed by the British Parliament, and it therefore had no authority over them. Accordingly, when King George gave his consent to the acts of "pretended Legislation" of Parliament, he had given the colonists the justification for dissolving their allegiance to him, and thus for declaring their independence.

Nobody wants a foreign influence in their politics, and that's all we have nowadays. People being elected to positions of power with a fucking duel citizenship, they are literally a citizen of a foreign country. Muslims trying to push sharia law in our fucking christian nation. Mexicans singing make America Mexico again. Foreign donations hidden and put into politicians pockets.

14. For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

These lines refer to what came to be called "The Intolerable Acts," passed by Parliament partly in response to the "Boston Tea Party" (December 16, 1773). In 1774, the British government decided that it was not possible to single out for punishment the participants in the Tea Party. Instead, a series of punitive actions was taken against the town of Boston and the entire colony of Massachusetts Bay.

Group punishment for people not involved in any way. Think of every time a politician trys to push a form of gun confiscation every time a mass murderer shows up, look up the Uks violent stabbings rates people fucking suck and you need to be able to protect yourself. This can also be applied to literally any thing the government "bans" for your safety because one retard cant figure it out.

15. For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

Don't even have to explain it, government workers have very little oversight and when they do get caught (politicians, police even celebrities) they get out of it almost every time.

16. For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:

A government forcefully picking and choosing who we can and can not trade with openly. Back then it was all about opening the market place to get goods that we couldn't make here at home. Now that we are fully self sufficient other countries are devaluing their own currencies (china) to force a better trade position. China has also been stealing our intellectual data making cheap non-engineered knockoffs and undercutting our manufacturers with shit quality products that actually cost the consumer more in the long run as almost all items are designed with short life cycles in mind requiring the consumer to repurchase the item once its out of its warranty window which is typically design to fail right out of.

17. For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

Income tax, property tax, sales tax, estate tax etc All stems from the word CONSENT. A consenting system would work as follows, a business that abides by federal law and wishes their business to be protected by laws collects a 20% sales tax that is directly given to the federal government for funding, the citizen CONSENTS to this tax as the agreement with the business so that they too are protected by law in case of an injury by the product. There are literally no other taxes because taxation is literally legal slavery. Even if I fully own a house, if i don't pay my property tax of $1500 every year the government can literally throw me out of my house and sell it off, if that's not a fucking threat then what is?

18. For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury:

The Sugar Act of April 5, 1764, entrusted military courts–the courts of admiralty and vice-admiralty–with enforcing all acts of the British Parliament pertaining to commerce and related revenues. In 1768, the British government, partly in an effort to suppress smuggling, increased the number of these courts. All trials by such courts were conducted without juries. Americans regarded trial by jury as a necessary protection to the rights of individuals against the abuse of power by government. It meant that before the coercive power of government could be brought to bear against a man, it had to be approved by a body of men, most likely his neighbors, who are not government employees.

While the constitution has fixed this in an official stance, civil asset forfeiture is 100% only the police officer having a say in the matter, you will never get your belongings back.

19. For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offenses:

British policy allowed Americans to be transported to England at the desire of either prosecutor or defendant in trials of persons charged with having committed murder in the course of suppressing a riot or enforcing revenue laws. Americans charged with crime subject to trial in the military courts could also be transported far from the scene of the actual crime to stand trial. And, Americans could also themselves be shipped to England to stand trial for certain crimes against the King's property, for example His Majesty's ships or other military equipment. This policy was so obnoxious to the Americans that the first Continental Congress on October 21, 1774, adopted a resolution declaring "That the seizing, or attempting to seize, any person in America, in order to transport such person beyond the sea, for trial of offenses, committed within the body of a county in America, being against law, will justify, and ought to meet with resistance and reprisal."

Hiding trials from the public to prevent them from forming their own opinions on a subject to quell any form of backlash from the community. Smollet is the most recent case, completely sidelined after becoming politicized and is now memory holed. Also all Flint water scandal people have been basically let go without and trial as the prosecutors are letting private organizations determine what evidence the prosecutors are allowed to have.

20. For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighboring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies

The nobility and clergy had frequently complained of the curtailment of their privileges, and maintained that they were better off under the old French rule previous to 1763, than now. The measure proposed was well calculated to quiet all discontent in Canada, and make the people loyal. By such a result, a place would be secured in the immediate vicinity of the refractory Colonies, where troops and munitions of war might be landed, and an overwhelming force be concentrated, ready at a moment's warning to march into the territory of, and subdue, the rebellious Americans. This was doubtless the ulterior design of the ministry in offering these concessions, and the eagle vision of Colonel Barre plainly perceived it. In the debate on the bill, he remarked, "A very extraordinary indulgence is given to the inhabitants of this province, and one calculated to gain the hearts and affections of these people. To this I cannot object if it is to be applied to good purposes; but if you are about to raise a Popish army to serve in the Colonies, from this time all hope of peace in America will be destroyed."

The bill was so opposed to the religious and national prejudices of the great mass of the people of Great Britain, that it met with violent opposition both in and out of Parliament, yet it passed by a large majority, and on the twenty-first of June it became a law by receiving the royal signature.

Oh great, the British state funded a whole army whose sole purpose was to fight against America if we ever became unruly, sounds a lot like the middle east goins ons. There are even terrorists homegrown now, a force to keep citizens scared and subservient to their master that "protects" them while feeding the enemy on the taxpayers dime. Sounds a lot like what Israel is using Iran for right now.

21. For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

Shit just look at Cali, fucking cant afford their own citizens but are now offering so much free shit for non citizens.

22. For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

This charge quotes parliament's repeal of the stamp tax in 1766; although the tax was repealed, parliament asserted its authority to legislate for the colonies "in all cases whatsoever." This provision was at the root of British policy after 1765, and it stated with absolute clarity that in principle the British government could simply do as it pleased with the American people, as if that people were its slaves. This was the heart of what the colonists objected to. According to the Declaration, governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed; according to the British, governments may justly govern in defiance of the consent of the governed. The charge also refers to an act of the British Parliament in 1767 punishing the colony of New York for failing to provide for the maintenance of British troops stationed there. Parliament declared that until the New York legislature complied with the law requiring such provision, it was "suspended."

So basically government officials doing as they see fit without any oversight because that's just the way it is. Our current law enforcement operate under the same standards. I've literally have a police officer who was trying to write me a ticket but when i pointed out the law he was trying to write me a ticket for stated directly in the law that what i was doing was legal he responded with "i am the law" and wrote the ticket anyway. It was completely dropped, no ramifications for the POS officer and I had to lose a day of my wages to attend a trial that i should never had been to. LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY you job is to enforce the laws and know them, not the other way around you fucksuck.

23. He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

Having concluded the list of complaints whereby Britain denied Americans their right of self-government, the Declaration turns to the assault of the British government on the Americans' lives, liberties, or properties, contrary to the purpose of government, which is "to secure these rights." This line refers in particular to a series of actions taken by George III, culminating in his approval on December 22, 1775, and again on February 27, 1776 of an act of Parliament which declared the colonies out of the King's protection. The British government issued this declaration because of what it viewed as the intolerable degree of unruliness of the colonists.

Gunna keep going with the police brutality, asset seizure and active militarization of what should be the protector of the peoples, instead we have drug wars against citizens. ITS LITERALLY CALLED A FUCKING DRUG WAR.

24. He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

This charge points to the fact that King George had declared war on the Americans. It refers specifically to the burning by British troops of several American towns. The British considered that the Americans were in open rebellion against their lawful rulers. But for the Americans, their "lawful rulers" were the very colonial legislatures and town meetings that were declared closed by British decress and under attack by British troops.

This is much more sinister than it sounds if you have been paying attention to the change of "culture" that the msm has been pushing for the last 20 years. They currently advocate AGAINST the ability for us Americans to have children (time magazine) or even be married. We have cities that are literally poisoned by their shitty corrupt officials (flint) and get away with literal murder. Our livelihoods are under attack on a daily bases, shit i think antifa just had a farmer kicked out of his chamber of commerce for being in a facebook group about white national pride.

25. He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

This refers to the hiring by King George of foreign mercenary troops to fight against the colonists.

Israel uses terrorists the same way, pays for all their armament then sets them free to cause destruction and a necessary distraction for the American people to prevent us from seeing the true enemy.

26. He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

In December, 1775, Parliament passed a law authorizing the British navy to capture the ships and cargoes of other countries trading with the American colonies, as though they were enemies of Great Britain. In addition, the law authorized that anyone captured in the taking of these ships was to be compelled to fight for the British, even though this meant that such persons would have to fight against their own countrymen.

This one is a bit far fetched nowadays but the prison system is still using the same concepts. Go to jail if you don't wear a wire and inform on one of your friends. Forced flipping on others and the constant threat of violence keep prisoners in line all while preventing them from reintegration into a good society.

27. He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

The British had encouraged slave and Indian revolts against the colonists. For example, in 1775, Lord Dunmore of Virginia, swore to members of the Virginia House of Burgesses that if "any Injury or insult were offered to himself" he would "declare Freedom to the Slaves, and reduce the City of Williamsburg to Ashes." The governors of North and South Carolina also were planning similar uprisings. General Gage, commander in chief of the British army in America, tried to persuade various of the Indian tribes to attack the colonists.

All of the greivences of our forefather are still occurring today but we are already at a disadvantage compared to them, they already had locals trained and ready to take positions in a system that already had the basic framework. They were completely self sufficient men. They simply killed all the brits and went about normal business of statesmanship.

PART 2 Fix It

If your done reading thats fine, if you've made it this far I'm already proud of you for taking in that part of our American history and really understanding it. This next bit is how we can actually take back control, building our own system that covers all aspects of federal government, then having them hand over the keys.

Those hoping for a boogaloo, sorry but i have to burst your bubble. A society doesn't just up and collapse all of its own accord, it needs to have a catalyst, either a government so corrupt that they mismanage funds to the point of economic collapse(according to purpleanon the year 2027), public policy that erodes the nations ability to be self sufficient causing a food shortage(the recent doxxing of farmers getting them kicked out of their own communities for racism), sever government attacks on citizens that the citizens have to fight back to get even basic human rights, or many others the common thread always being a lack of abilities to afford the 7 basic necessities of the civilizations citizens.

In order of most to least importance for continuing a civilization
Air, water, food, clothing, shelter, spouse and child

Each are fundamentally necessary for a person to pass on their knowledge and culture to the next generation, successfully providing the backbone for the definition of community, which is a feeling of fellowship with others as a result of sharing common attributes interests and goals. Without those goals then there is no cooperation and everyone works for their own individualistic ideals, leading to constant turmoil between factions or simple put identity politics (race/gender/class). You can be prepped and ready to go at all times, but without a goal for the citizens to achieve they are simply existing in a state of survival within their own tyrannical governments system (check Russia after the elimination of the communists).

So what does all this realistically mean? It means we need to create our own version of the federal government and all it encompasses then replace their system with ours.

While our forefathers fought tooth and nail to secure their nations individual existence, we have access to a more modern approach. A digital revolution.

First what are the minimum requirements a federal government needs to run properly;

Maybe im missing something but with those simple items we can start from scratch, like a big reset button, just as the state of Idaho recently did, where all laws are scrapped and we actually vote in intelligent people to basically redo all the federal laws.

Firstly, we must have our own form of currency. Bitcoin has proved that a digital based currency can function, the problem is it has no backing like a typical federal monetary system does (oh wait the US isn't on the gold standard any more). So the main driving force of crypto value is its usefulness to the people. It's been a few years since I launched my own crypto coins and I know that now we have phone based versions that provide an easy to use interface, and since most people have their phones at all times its the only real option we have at this time to compete with the federal government. The only problem is the initial conditions of the coin, do we opt for a direct exchange rate to USD, a deflationary currency, a high yield of usd per block, block times etc Not an easy discussion but we MUST start having it. Without currency there can only be bartering and that would set us back too far, so the main goal is currency. By using a system that is already in place (bitcoin etherium etc) we lose the ability to control the currency from inception to meet our own goals, so creation from scratch will have to occur.

The second necessary system is an educational system. Without an educational system there is literally no consensus about data or history of even your own peoples. Guess what, we can make our own open source version of the education system and integrate it into one single app. All concepts for this system have already been proved by other big tech companies (home schooling, wikipedia, uber, CLEP exams) and we can get the average price of a college degree down to less than $4kUSD. The main reason for college price increase isn't the faculty increase its the fucking administration. Go check out california, their faculty number remained the same but their administrative support staff TRIPPLED in size from like 5k to 15k cant remember exactly but even staff complain of it frequently and the costs are absorbed by the students. Its currently a ponzi scheme, literal pyramid.

The knowledge itself that is the backbone of institutions is all freely available, and wikipedia has shown that users are willing to work for free to attain an intellectual goal. Take any class book, break it down into basic concepts and facts in a FREE pdf and boom, we have a source of knowledge to learn from. Now that we have a knowledge source to learn from, we also need educators and tutors, as most people don't have the drive to learn exclusively on their own. Uber has proved that people are willing to work as a simple contractor to provide other citizens a service. We integrate an uberesque map system where students/professors/teachers/tutors can all interact and pay each other directly for their knowledge services, starting at only secure facilities (libraries, public places etc) until funding can provide "learning spaces" or small gated GUARDED academia communities where we can drop our children off safely to learn (physical/mental/technical like a tiny city to practice for real world). This simple combination eliminates nearly all faculty and administration that are simply there for the paycheck. If a teacher sucks, leave them a shite review and get a new teacher. Admin is no longer necessary. And graders, oh boi, guess what we can literally PAY students small sums of money to grade papers in subjects they have proven their knowledge base within. This keeps students interested in topics and helps reinforce learned knowledge.

The main bit of how this education system works is the algorithm. The verification of each individuals knowledge, just as what a high school/college degree is supposed to be, is a simply grading system where students can easily cheat their way through (new era college kids paying for one off papers). This system actually knows what exactly you know and what exactly you don't know. Each class requires NO MANDATORY CLASS TIME, which is the biggest waste of resources our generation has ever seen. We do this with complex final exams for each subject, each test question is basically tagged with concepts and if the answer is correct then we can verify each of those concepts with other questions that you answered, if there is a fundamental misunderstanding of a concept we can figure it out by cross referencing it with other questions that have similar tags.

EX a young child answers these three questions

The child got 1+1 correct, but couldn't figure out 1+2 or 2+2, showing us that the child merely memorized the fact that 1+1=2 instead of understanding the base concepts of each number and their given values. The algorithm is way more complicated than that but basically we can verify if a student has base understanding of a subject or merely memorized and regurgitated for grades.

With the release and widespread use of these two components, citizens will be able to "retreat" from the current federal government. The last 5 things will all fall in line with the downward trend of the USD that we cause.

Funding
This is the big one. This is what may start a real boots on the ground war. With the integration of the crypto monetary system the federal government will eventually see a large portion of their citizen base putting money basically into a system that bypasses all their current laws (taxes). They will try to make it illegal, they will try and prosecute, they will try and shut it down with false flags, but we can not stop. Funding for our new society can be achieved easily and with CONSENT, yes its a tax, but its a tax of consent instead of a threat of violence that we currently live under today. Basically if a business wants protections within this new age legal system they need to charge a sales tax (current estimations are 20% based on GDP and federal expenditures, but we can get it down to 10% when all is said and done) that money goes directly into the next years government fund (oh ho ho, a fixed spending plan to prevent debt). This CONSENTING tax protects both the consumer and the producer by giving them legal rights in case of a conflict, so each can now use the legal system to determine who is responsible for whatever situation that occurs (food poisoning, injury, etc) Think of it kinda like how an LLC operates in todays society. If i go sell grapes on the corner and someone dies based on my pesticide they can sue my ass and take literally everything i own, if i operate under and LLC and my company poisons someone the company is sued and liquidated, keeping all my personal assets from being seized in relation to this mishap. Want your legal protection while doing business? Pay the tax. Don't want it? Don't pay it. Fucking simple. ANY OTHER TAX IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND UNNECESSARY.

The main question is when can we start collecting funding for our own form of government, the federal government will most likely call it a staged coupe, well guess fucking what, it is. I have no real insight as to when this part can take place, but most likely what is going to happen is citizens will become further abused by simply trying to use this system and we are going to need that funding to PROTECT our citizens. So the timing will most likely be determined by the actions taken against us.

Distribution of funding is also simple, per capita. This is honestly the only "fair" way to treat the system, distribute local/state funds as per capita to avoid any unnecessary arguing over who gets it better. The actual local/state/federal budgets will now be done in a percentage system. Each year on Jan 1st all consenting taxes that were collected from the citizens are distributed among all governments that have submitted their budget request. We operate on a percentage system now that we have no defined federal budget, it will fluctuate over the years and to accommodate we shall simply distribute the funds evenly.

Then simply privatize everything, Sandy Springs GA literally saved 20 million per year by firing all gov workers and just putting a contract out for all necessary services. With the elimination of all unnecessary jobs within our government we should be able to get our tax rates down to 10% within the decade.

Thats it. We start a crypto, make an education system, then protect the citizens from within. Eventually the federal government will notice that we aren't "paying our fair share" (i make 35k but they still take nearly 48% of all my money leaving me with the inability to afford basic shit sometimes, still don't have health care lol) and come for their cut, which is literal tyranny, and either we fight for what we believe in or let them trample all over what our forefathers fought for with their very life.

I'm personally running for House of Representatives in 2020 with regards to correcting our education system as I truly hope that Trump is draining the swamp which will allow for politicians with real ideas to come into office, but the more I read the more I feel like he has become just another wheel in the system. If for some reason the citizens decide they want to do it themselves, well who am i to complain.
