Well, I did link to his book. Lynn's pretty much the only guy in the world that does this kind of IQ research. A former biologist, or something like that. I you google iq by nations, you'll get several sites that use his numbers. He's been doing this for over a decade, I believe.

Let me break this down for you. Researcher X wants to promote personally established Y agenda regarding intellect. Researcher X realizes that since the actual data on intelligence testing doesn't corroborate with his claims, he throws out that data and starts over. Researcher X finds that Z metric (such as PISA testing) does mimic the pattern he wants to show the world. Researcher X publishes a study talking about how metric Z scores are "basically the same" as intellect.
