What makes you think these will somehow dissappear in socialism or communism? In a direct democracy, people vote over something and if it's agreed upon it's enforced. In a party or vanguard led and planned society, people discuss what things should be allowed to be conducted and what laws should be put in place and then enact decrees and programs which enforce them. Tell me, how would you stop the enforcement of social standards? To ensure the certain things you are ok with are socially allowed, you would have to enforce your own standard of what should be allowed on everyone else. This is how societies work, you're not removed from everyone.

The argument your kind of trying to make is that it breaks down social and societal cohesion on a very foundational basis and that for society to function certain things must be restricted to allow societal and workplace operations to continue without a complete breakdown in necessary everyday activity.
