Number, and where they were deported is important. As far as I am aware the Finns were removed from Leningrad areas for several reasons. Primarily because the threat of war in 1929 was quite valid from Finnland. mannerheim had ties to Germany and the UK both of whom were still interested in conquering the still weak USSR.

Literally a tiny minority, also it had to do with the Greek resistance who were fighting the Re-establishment of the British throne in Greece that was going on at that time. The USSR could not directly openly fight in that war because that would be declaring war on the Brits.

You didn't mention them. The Germans were deported for varying reasons. Some were scientists whose expertise in German tech was needed to take a look at the few bits of Nazi tech the Allies didn't take. Some were suspected in sympathy for the nazis during the war but could not be proven as such and were deported so as to be useless as agents for the CIA to use in sabotage (of which there was a lot).
