I will say a Asserist Germany is certainly preferable to Hitlers in basically every-way and would of been a nice boon for the Soviets rather then getting invaded, (although getting Eastern Europe after ww2 is super nice but who knows how Romania,Yugoslavia,Hungary,Poland etc would of went in this world) but the Asserists weren't going to gain power in Hitlers shadow and their backing of Hitler against the left proved stupid and fatal. Its a nice mod but the ideologies are all neoliberal shilling tier descriptions. The conservative descriptiom says that "conservatives dont care about ideology" kek. Kaiserreich is /ourmod/, any work Zig Forums would potentially do on HOI4 should be helping out with Kaiserreich. Supplementary art/propaganda edits/maps/lore etc would be great, something like pic related for socialist nations would make my pp hard. I cant draw but I could help with research and writing and whatnot.

Someone should get a leftypol HoI4 game going after MtG comes out. End up having a lot of nations do communist alt-history paths with forming their own factions to keep the game interesting. MtG adds a lot of communist options.

It's a real shame, because I would like to play a KR style OTL mod that's actually well made and not this bullshit. Don't know if submods will be enough or if it's just irredeemable.

Another great moment was when the same head dev was describing SU's economic paths and said something like "obviously reviving the NEP will be the best path short of liberal Russia" and confirmed that all other communist paths will lead to debuffs. Sometime replied "sooo did the five year plans just not happen in your mind?" and the dude got really pissy about it. Also their sidebar says they will ban those who defend "genocidal dictators like Hitler, Stalin, and Lenin.

I'm quite excited for it. Panzer (the head Dev) is a bit of an enlightened centrist but isn't nearly as in your face as the CBTS guy. Though the thing about the socialist USA path being doomed is annoying and sure to cause drama. They have confirmed that you can create democratic communism in SU, India, etc. which is enough to placate me.

TNO breaks from kr in making some paths objectively better than others or even broken by design, whereas in kr austerity works just as well as stimulus to deal with black Monday. CBTS is what you get by taking that approach way too far and too partisan.

Interestingly, the TNO school seems to have influenced kr itself–look at Tang Jiyao's monarchist path shown in this week's progress report.

It's the left npp path, which hasn't been shown yet. Little is known about it except for some of the senators, and that the NPP will radicalize leftward if Nixon suppresses the CRM. The centre (socdem) NPP path was shown in the last PR, and has Bobby Kennedy as president, with Michael Harrington confirmed as a later candidate.
