U tub bux not coming in, baitron not working time to sell the home he made from the ground up.

Is he selling out of success and wanting to move somewhere else or out of failure and needing money? Until we know which the fact he’s selling his house doesn’t mean much.

Didn't the Kickstarter for is book reach something like $330k ? On top of that his channel and the cucks on Patreon bring him something between 10k to 50k a month, I don't think he is moving because he needs money.

That house looks like a fucking cracker jack box wtf… How is that 239,000?

If you look at the listing, he bought it in 2015 for 200,000 and tried to sell it for 275,000 on 04/29, the greedy bastard.

239,000 is still way above market value for something as crap as that. I know location and shit but it's basically still a 1976 house without any real upgrades to it.

That ain't the bunker he built.

It's the place he used to register his FFL, I guess he doesn't live in his homesteader shithole.

Commiefornian's keep shitting all over every place– so the price of housing across the Western US is skyrocketing.

The worst thing about that house, it is in Tuscon (a commie cumdumpster shithole).

Don't forget he works contract and freelance for companies like ARES doing research work.

I thought it went above 800k. But when you consider printing and delivery then it probably comes down to something like 350k profit.

Holly crap you are right, I just checked… no wonder why he is selling his house.

Not to mention the huge amounts of cash donated for trips he goes on when you can do those with far less.

My house is triple the size and cost me like 250,000

Honestly he isn't pricing his house absurdly, that's the just the state of the west coast and west coast adjacent housing market right now.
Compare

Here's an even better example

I'm still in shithole-NY though, but upstate.

Not a horrible deal, that house looks pretty comfy, the garden is good too.
Absolute garbage. Not only is it small and' ugly (just like Ian's), its also in a city, surrounded by annoying neighbors, normalniggers, noise and cars

Jesus FUCKING christ, I bought a condo here in Indianapolis with about 1400 sqft for $110k in 2017.

Two words:
Quantitative easing.

Look it up.

So that is why I can't even buy more than 100 acres of land in this shithole without paying literal millions

Attached: 1af.jpg (890x890, 145.16K)

That looks like a dump.

Kentucky isn't west coast and is known for decent property prices, I'm saying to compare between the two.

Well yeah that's what happens when banks and other entities get literally free money pumped into them, they have to buy something with it.
And since there is so much free money going around "intangible" goods (shares and other financial products) aren't priced properly through offer/demand and any sort of real world results, so all the institutional operators (banks, insurances, pension funds) have to buy something relatively safe… AKA real estate.
Which is how you get the smallest building in a third rate town in the developed world to be sold millions… it's because it's not a private entity buying it but a corporate one.
If it is a private one… it's one with a massive risky loan of said free central bank money that has to be used.

One picture portrays a 19 century barn, another - a famous youtuber's home. So, how fucked is modern architecture?

didnt know jesus was an anti-white commie pig, kike

wat

How can someone have standards low enough to actually live in something so entirely unremarkable? This looks like what you get when you have robots design architecture.
The front "lawn" is empty too. More proof if Ian being a full-on NPC?

Modern architecture ultimately boils down to stacking up glass and concrete as high as possible, making the building as ugly as possible while simultaneously as expensive as possible.
The days of superior classical Italian and Byzantine architecture are over.

Holy hell

And that’s a good thing according to le science man.
We should just delete the whole internet and act like it never happened, damage control, so that we don’t look like bumbling retards

Why am I not surprised.

I'd assume there are two full bathrooms: toilet, shower, bahtub, a sink and there's one with just a toilet, sink and maybe a shower?
I think a machine would design a beter house than this, it looks worse than a crack den

Did you know that le epic science nigger never authored a science paper and the last one he "contributed" to was over 20 years ago?

What is this nigger talking about

But they did. The Italians explored the Mediterranean and the land immediately adjacent to it. The Spaniards found and colonized North and South America, and basically ruled the Atlantic for a time.

The Romans crashed their economy with endless spending and destroyed the value of their currency by washing copper coins in silver. The Spanish flooded their economy with silver, sugar, tobacco, and chocolate from their colonies.

Even before Rome turned to Christianity, the Italians were still colossal fuckups that just had no significant outside threats. Keep in mind these people got thought mercenaries as praetorian guards was a good thing. The thought that these mercs might decide to just sell the crown to the highest bidder never occurred to the drunken, inbred, lead-poisoned, dago minds of the Roman aristocracy.

You know what the colors of the Italian flag stand for? The red is tomato sauce; the green is onions; the white is cheese; the blue is loyalty to allies; and the gold represents military accomplishments, scientific discovery, and economic prosperity.

Damn

...

The Spanish also destroyed their economy with those things, in particular the silver and gold.

It's a toilet and a sink in a space usually smaller than a small walk-in closet. Also his house is extremely typical of the houses in The SW-USA. His is 43 years old, but even the new houses are made of the ubiquitous and ugly slump blocks (the new ones are of worse quality than the older ones). To be blunt our houses are no better in quality or looks than those "Croatian Shitshacks" that the Croat was sperging out on over on Zig Forums awhile ago.

Does the bull come free or are they taking him with when they move out? Does Karl know Ian is moving; and if not will he come to my new house daily demanding I service him sexually and let him play with my guns? Will I be required to pay for it with real money or will Ian just give it to me because private property is a tool of slavery used by the bourgeois?

Doesn’t surprise me; Shill Nye only has a bachelors of Engineering (which admittedly much mean he has some math skills) but yet he goes on to news channels and talks about global warming. Maybe it’s just because I’ve only done one year but in my physics degree we never once talked about anything but math and physics. Though millennial cattle think he’a quailfied because he hosted (didn’t write) a T.V. Show teaching literal children middle school level science.

The latter. People want to be seen as profound without putting in any of the work necessary to actually be wise.

They also were in America. There's a shipwreck and Roman coins. That's all in South America though, so they probably decided to give up on a continent full of spics.

The peak of American education everyone

San Francisco isn't indicative of the entire West Coast you fucking retard.

Attached: IMG_1753.PNG (593x719, 353.5K)

Commiefornia getting nuked when?
Hell, the US getting nuked when?

It is indicative of every metropolitan zone on the west coast, which is where everyone lives and where all the jobs are. The only reason to move here and stay here is for the job market. Sure some backwater house in the desert will be relatively cheap but that would be pointless as you could just find some place even cheaper and better quality out of state.

I wouldn’t give more then $50000 for it.

No idea about that, but I know for a fact that Hellenes did go in contact with the Chinese. Speaking about Kingdom of Baktria in particular. Heard about the famous terracota army of Qin dynasty? Yes, it was inspired by the design of Greek sculptures. I guess Alexander and his succesors were true badasses rivaling Romans in their prime, in the ancient times Hellenic culture went everywhere as far as India and China; Baktrians ended up basically taking over northern India at some point and massively influencing the Gandhara culture. Who knows how the world would look like without shitlamic conquests that turned the East into the smoldering ruins of civilization they continue to be today.

I would rather build a place to my specs for that amount, and why would you want to live out in the desert if you had a choice?
