Google+ is still unpopular.

Most of their big money comes from energy investments and the like that normies are unaware of, which they then use to subsidize low cost services like YouTube that allow them control over the narrative. They also continue to get significant funding from the US Deep State and their relationship (financial and otherwise) with the Chinese government grows. They may get hit with a few anti-trust actions but it won't impact them significantly. If Trump somehow manages to go off the reservation and really try to break them up (which he won't), they will abandon the US. They are the true unbeatable evil empire of our time.

Facebook itself limps along mostly inhabited by pajeets and grandmas. Instagram is somewhat less popular but still relevant so long as they don't change anything too much, becoming more of a "default social network" (especially among Gen Zs) than Facebook itself, which comes to be seen as optional if not completely dispensable by most Westerners (as it basically already is now). The company struggles to innovate or even properly develop new acquisitions but they don't go under as their reputation allows them to call upon a variety of favors and financing options, particularly from the developing nations that think of Facebook as the entire Internet.

Consumer acceptance of Windows as SaaS is non-existent; normies would rather get viruses than pay a monthly fee. The Xbox brand experiences a mild resurgence due to its recent commitment to consumer friendliness, but Microsoft immediately fucks it up. They're still fine though as they continue to milk the sweet teat of enterprises that have sold their soul to Windows and Office forever.

MS Windows 10 is multi-tiered (Home, Home Server, Premium, Professional, etc) subscription based. Windows 10 will called something else to stay hip and relevant but will still be the same rolling release trash.

There will be a Microsoft Linux distribution that has limited support for Windows applications via a VM or compatibility layer (like Wine). It will have features that regular Linux can legally not have.
MSLinux will be geared toward pre-installs for home consumer computers/laptops and will be plagued with advertisements, telemetry, incompatibilities, and other insecurities. Upgrades for the "real" Windows will be pretty seamless and for a nominal fee.
Linux will be known as just a bootleg Windows for poor people (so PR-wise back to the good old days I guess). It will be frustrating enough to get about 30% of it's users to pay the Windows 10 upgrade.
In general Laptop (and the extremely few desktops still being sold) will be locked pretty well against installing any OS other than MSWindows, MSLinux, ChromeOS, and I can foresee an IntelLinux.
