If you guys haven't read the wikipedia page for the band Theatre of Ice before, I recommend it. They were an early deathrock band from Nevada, and although I'm pretty sure half the stuff on the page is made up, it's still hilarious and worth the read.

Highlights include
>How they recorded their first few albums in haunted houses and cemeteries
The time they got kidnapped by fans:
>"The most infamous of these altercations occurred in August 1983 when a group of crazed fans abducted the band for nearly 48 hours before a performance in Reno, Nevada. No arrests were ever made but the band refused to play live for many years and to this date most of their performances go unpublicized"
>how the band split up in the mid 80s, with two members leaving to go to BYU and the other 2 gong on Mormon Missions (As far as I know they might be the only Mormon goth band lol)
