They definitely won't hear this case. One, the case is arguing that MI courts refused to hear cases alleging fraud and violated ECP and the 14th. This is not true -- they dismissed the case because the evidence presented didn't add up to fraud. Two, they won't hear it because there's a State appellate process that wasn't followed so it needs to go through the lower court first.
The Texas had teeth than this case does and it was a joke. Also, this case is the same typo filled bullshit that was submitted and laughed out of the courts previously.
