Weren't that great really. See also hail to the thief, in rainbows. It's high concept which is to the detriment of making good music.
Radiohead amnesiac
should've been a 4 or 5 track EP
1. Pyramid Song
2. I Might Be Wrong
3. Knives Out
4. Dollars and Cents
4. Life in a Glasshouse
They come across as more interested in being seen as wry and arty and fashionable and intellectual and jbohcoyoyf9yd . But learning scales or chord progressions or learning melody they're forgotten about for the sake of being clever . Apparently they're also un happy as well. You were better off with travis.
and what high concept is that lmao
the album is just a bunch of songs done from the kid a sessions that they just put together in a very cohesive, post-kid a, 2001 way.
it's hard to believe there really is a 'high concept' here considering lots of le quirky electronic music were left for b-sides (fog and worrywort). quirky artsy shit like amazing sounds of orgy too.
>and what high concept is that lmao
Marketing advertising artwork fancy tents
>just a bunch of songs
Smoking gun.
I dunno I just thought I'd join in.
Anyway headphone cable arrived it's at the post office so I can't listen to it again yet.
Wouldn't mind those speakers actually though. They've already been made so the damage is done. I may as well buy them and use them.
take your meds
I am without diagnosis.
Funny that you'd call In Rainbows high concept but not OK Computer or Kid A. I see the 4 album streak from OKC to HTTT as one of sheer neurosis and anxiety, whereas In Rainbows is like a more existentialist Bends IMO, like if every song was a bit more concerned with being like Street Spirit.
Amnesiac is their only good album.
Those are their 3 best albums, homo
such a weird way to write "The Bends".
It came in a book!
4 me it's OK computer, King of limbs, erm. And that's about it really.
Hail to the Thief is there but I don't see Kid A or A Moon Shaped Pool.
learn how to type you brazilian rddit fag
Pizza tonight?
SOLOING With The Major & Natural Minor Scales
kys radiohead faggot
Totally forgetable album to be honest. Pyramid song, knives out and I might be wrong are the only one tolerables
>It’s high concept which is to the detriment of making good music
This album and Kid A are pretty blatantly about dealing with society’s downfall come the new millennium which isn’t even high concept in the first place
Vibing Up the Senile Man by Alternative TV is a better example of the kind of shit album you’re talking about
I remember the record shop I bought it from. I ordered it in advance even.
It's gone now sadly. Because of mobile phones.
Not a fan but hey radiohead sucks
This is their best album and all of you morons in the replies need to stop spouting your brainless opinions
...
Yeah that would be pretty weird huh, except I didn't write "The Bends".
As people I've been happy to know them despite their often awful music.
It's probably better than Kid A.
Pull-pulk and like spinning plates are the best tracks though.
Definetly better, still awful tho
