Some artists tell people not to repost their shit at all and for good reason it frees up the chance it falls into the wrong hands, gets modified, or stolen. Well, there's nothing much you can really do about this problem. I'm not a fan of people stealing stuff either, but it's out of your control when you have internet involved. Only way you can do is just call them out, or just inform the author of the original work that it's been stolen.
