If you support a person's dream to kill all this or that ethnicity, you're not being helpful to society or probably to them (they need help). One could also argue that people who want to have a career in pornography has self-harming desires but it's not to the extent of pedophiles, serial killers, or guys who want you to cut their dicks off and eat it with him. Doctors have the 'do no harm' oath and would not amputate your arm because you have a fetish but some ethical doctors approve of assisted suicide in nuanced situations.

To me, porn is something people should be free to choose but also as free to leave.
