Ava's Demon still not updated

How fucking hard is it to update a comic where you dont have to think of a punchline and every strip is the equivalent of one panel?

I've about given up on the comic progressing at any meaningful pace. It's just easier to check every couple of months when I see a thread like this one than it is to actively follow it and be disappointed by the author's glacial pace.

This is still around?

Ava demon is clearly dead, they author lost interest and will admit it like 2 years after the last update.

Fucking webcomic authors always bite more than they can chew by making a comic that would take thousands of pages to complete, before trying something so massive try making some short stories to test your limit, baby steps fucker.

Which is a shame, considering I'm at least somewhat invested in the plot and I still love the art. I hate how accurate you are, webcomic authors have next to no commitment.

she will need the money eventually. but I would foresee a style change to make it go faster.

>hasn't even introduced the other 3 demon hosts yet
how can you fuck up this bad

She no longer uses the Ava's Demon website and has been reposting the comic on Webtoon. Unfortunately, she has been reposting one update at a time on the comic's normal update schedule, which means that she won't have to make any new pages until she catches up to how much comic she's already made.

Correct on all counts. Short stories at minimum help you figure out pacing. Unfortunately things like Patreon encourage giant stories that never end. That's why it hasn't progressed.

Has she made any indication that she's gotten married or pregnant?

It's weird how people who would send death threats for a movie spoilers are also unable to commit into a story without knowing the end in it's first chapter.

Michelle wasn't a rookie nobody when she started Ava, she was already a trained professional with experience. It's not like Paranatural or Popi

In animation but not necessarily in storytelling. She said that she's been writing AD since middle school and it shows.

I'm only in for the delicious self harm.

>In animation but not necessarily in storytelling.
are you fucking stupid on purpose?

You’re absolutely right. I made two short webcomics before making something book length.
When I was done, I went back to short comics. It’s just practical.

I just hope that one day Michelle says "fuck it" and either starts doing lewds again or dumps some private stash of hers.

needs more porn.

they were kinda boring.

>Michelle was literally doing porn herself of the characters before tumblr caught wind and shut her down
>Even though she outright said that all the characters were over 18 in the depictions tumblr said that it didn't matter because some of them weren't 18 in the comic itself
>Despite the fact that art like that gets made of other characters all the time and Michelle is the creator of the comic
I'm so glad that cancerous site killed itself

Give some ideas and I'll see if I can't get something commissioned

Lots and lots of Wrava bad touching Maggie

>extremely active Twitter account
She posts like two things a month

And now you have twitter with its #orcgate scandals and horrible media management

Oh I know, win some and lose some.

>paying for porn
You batter get one of the official artists on that.

Go back to crying about it on your blog, godlydated.

rereading it the story isn't that slow when you can read it all at once. The current spacecraft travel is a bit monotonous as a setting but things happened there, Ava actually know about Gil and Maggie's demon, and we get info on Odin that ties with Titan's lore. The story isn't paranatural-tier yet. the problem is clearly going back to the schedule

Twitter was fuck long before Tumblr an hero’d

so its like that olympus webcomic that didn't last?

That’s true, but Tumblr going belly up just made things worse by putting too much insanity into one website instead of keeping them sort of segregated

if she drew her webcomic like a legit comic instead of highly rendered storyboards maybe this shit would pickup its pace.
