Annual Usagi Yojimbo Storytime part 29

Usagi Yojimbo by Stan Sakai! After completing The hidden Stan left Dark Horse, his publisher for over 20 years, and came to IDW. So far there are only 9 issues out (plus some colorized old issues, but I'll skip those since we already did them in B&W) What better way to start off this new era than with a Sasuke story?

Fun fact: The stage hands dressed in all black is where we have the ninja costume origin. Audiences would get used to dismissing them in the background, so when someone clever decided to have a surprise ninja murder scene, no one was ready for it.

Unpopular opinion, I don't like Usagi in color.

Not actually that unpopular of an opinion. I'm of the opinion that Stan's mastered B&W over 30 years and changing to color means losing some of his ability so late in the game.
