I like it as a lurid thing, the idea of a person being so perverse as to murder another in the most primal, terrifying way in order to feel sexual pleasure from the act. The rubbery qualities that the mouth, throat, and stomach need to take on, or the absurdity of the victim remaining alive for more than a few minutes, push it into overt fantasy which gives it enough "distance" from reality than the moral implications are voided. I also personally don't like human predators.

I do like breast expansion or general thiccening in female preds, though. "It's better I get a killer bod than you get to keep living" adds to the domination aspect, especially if there are several victims. It's a way of marking that vore has occurred even after the typical bloated belly is gone.
