I try not to make assumptions about vs discussions between characters I know little about. I know Danny is strong but I know very little about Jake, if you say he stomps, then I'll take your word for it.

You can make the two equal in stats and Danny would still win
Danny carries far more versatility with duplication, force fields, invisibility, cryokinesis, and the ghostly wail
Jake has fire, super senses (which would be assfucked by the ghostly wail), and a doppelganger technique inferior to Danny's
