Hello, Storyteller.
In honor of Star Wars Day, I'd like to say Fuck Star Wars!
Also, this cover rules. Love that minimalism.

We Milne now, this book is Blessed with Good Art
Hello JSA user!
There was a ant swarm in my mailbox!
Funny how the lack of stupidity on the part of the slighted party makes the plot of someone wanting revenge on Cybertron much much more palatable. Didn't really expect the Junkions to be competent antagonists, but sure I'll take it.
>We Milne now, this book is Blessed with Good Art
It's a bit busy, but it is ultimately clear and vibrate due to the coloring.
>Birth of Cybertron
I get it
ants are not a good time
Hey OP.
My head has been skinny all day.
Y'know who'd be a good Wreck Gar/Junkion? Mick Foley.
I read an article saying Rise of Skywalker sucked earlier today because 5/4 and it didn't subvert expectations like Last Jedi, and can I throw in a specific "Fuck people that defend The Last Jedi?"
Nu Star Wars convos are the only thing worse than Doctor Who convos (about anything) and have destroyed less friendships, yes, it's all weird isn't it
Rum Man looks like she turns into a sexy bike.
Better that than Murder Hornets.
The whole series always came off as something aimed at kids to me. Maybe it was a mistake only watching it the first time when I was like 25.
Speaking of, the Perception Filter was called an Attention deflector in MTMTE to make it less of a Doctor Who reference which were called "Perception filters"
So I don't understand making the reference more explicit
I mean, it is.
Though I don't exactly have room to talk.
>If you have a life give a life- If you need one, take one.
Well. I'm afraid of Wreck-Gar now.
>lack of stupidity
>Junkions
You blaspheme against Weird One.
Attention deflecting is how I always cheated in school.
My specific beef with Star Wars is that despite being utterly ridiculous, it takes itself almost completely seriously. This bleeds over into the super hardcore fans, who have negative 12 chill, and get incredibly angry and aggressive if anyone so much as breathes a joke about it. It's a bit hard to enjoy the series when fun is not allowed.
I was willing to accept Force Awakens being a half assed, half hearted remake, but Jesus god there's nothing worth caring about in a franchise that tells you it isn't doesn't matter.
S-tier Transformers artists: Milne, Wildman, Geoff Senior, Kei Zama, and Milne.
Star Wars Sequels arguments have actually caused me to start hating Star Wars at this point.
I just wanted the noise to stop.
>being utterly ridiculous, it takes itself almost completely seriously
This. This is my exact problem. The content is potentially fun but retarded, conflicts so simplified they feel like those toy games you played as little kid, and the plot is full of fake outs and asspulls or very predictable twists (wow ANOTHER main being related with important person) and the rest is pew pew. As said it does have a lot of potential to be a fun thing but it doesn't work because it takes everything it does seriously. Star Wars parodies are usually more entertaining to me than the actual thing.
Yeah, that'd have been a nice toy.
WreckGar's ski front is a fun idea.
You forgot Scioli
If I say nothing else about this series, I'll say only this: I'm really happy that Wreck-Gar got himself a wife.
This seems like a great opportunity to give Cracker a holo avatar.
And Doctor Who/Torchwood called it that to avoid making it a Hitchhiker's Guide reference.
(The "Somebody Else's Problem field" showed up in Life, the Universe, and Everything, published 1982.)
Hmmm... 'ythink Stone deserves to be on there? I personally loved her robot porn art, but I'm not sure if that ought to put her in the GOAT category or not.
Oh great, these morons.
It's that it has such an intentionally derivative foundation of lore that was absolutely not designed for expansion, just to make some good movies out of, yet has had more lore expansion than Star Trek and Warhammer combined. It's the definition of trying to get blood from a stone.
Yes, thanks. I am completely willing to admit it was not an exhaustive list.
there was a podcast--and I never listen to podcasts--where they went through Wookiepedia and I died at the part where they got to the hottest genre of music, jizz
Yeah but Roberts was the Doctor Who fan so what are ya gonna do
It's why my favorite Star Wars thing is The Clone Wars, cause it focuses on fun adventures, and has comedic moments and lighthearted character bits. Also, I love Ahsoka, fuck the haters.
Freemaker Adventures was fun too.
Rum-Maj is super cool and I hope she shows up in future iterations. A scheming Junkion boss bitch kinda strangely works as a concept.
Nancy was kind of a non-character, though. I don't think she even had any lines.
>Jizz for the Soul
HOW DO YOU DO FELLOW ROBOFUCKERS
I really have to wonder if they intentionally named it that, or were just too tired/lazy to think about the implications when they vowel swapped jazz.
Was it still just jism in the 70s?
What do you have against podcasts, OP?
Nucanon kinda purged all the old weird goofy shit that used to be the EU. Which sucks.
I can't find Earthrise Optimus at a good price anywhere...
>Y'know who'd be a good Wreck Gar/Junkion? Mick Foley.
Friendly Mick or "I WILL KILL TOMMY DREAMER! *SOB*!" Mick?
>the LL crew saves whole species including Cybertronians themselves, travels through time and finds out who God himself is and the Knights were, find Cybertopia
>Megatron saves the entire galaxy
>Starscream and crew save the Cyberbertronian planet, find and bring the lost colonies together again
>Optimus has to deal with human shit on some backwater planet for the whole run
>the EU. Which sucked.
FTFY
Stone is "Transformers artists who make me happy when an issue is penciled by them" tier. Definitive Windblade, sultry Starscream. ...so maybe?
He might get off Earth eventually! I'm only reading this as OP posts it though
Fuck, I want the Scavengers. ALL Scavengers.
The Last Jedi made me stop going to a movies for over a year. And that was only because I had to go for other reasons. It was just the most cynical awful soulless thing. I don’t care about Star Wars anymore of anything Hollywood really
