If you don't know what 15.ai is, it's a site run by one person ( with some help from /mlp/) that trains audio to be used into Text to Speech.

You're right he hasn't updated the voice but he's been improving his models and he's even rewritten his code so now you can separate the emotions, I'm sure it's in his backlog with all the other requests he's getting.
