Short hair is okay, the crazy "i just took the nearest sharp object to slice my hair up" style is what is bad.

It does feel a little cheap to kill off a fairly minor character, if Spinnerella is going to die. Either go big or don't bother.
I prefer Mara's design to Adora so that would have been a plus.

Reminds me of what happened in a manga I follow, a character with long hair got it all hacked off into the ugliest style possible. It was tragic.

Most of the incest screeching from Voltron was the same as the Pedo accusations for shipping Allura with Lance or Shiro with Keith it was just rabid shippers trying to find proof of why their ship was the best and everyone who disagreed was a freak.

She-ra has luckily not had to deal with that, while Catra and Adora can be considered adoptive sisters or whatever it doesn't really factor into the Shipping ideology. Most who ship it dont care since they are not blood related and those who dont ship it have a multitude of reasons why and being raised together is buried under stuff like Catra is a self destructive time bomb.

I agree with Catra but I actually think Glimmer looks cuter with her mom hair.
