yeah it's kinda telling that when I was tinkering with ideas for a Danny Phantom reboot, one of the first things I realized needed to be done was completely overhauling Sam as a character, in the end basically the only traits she had left in common with the original version are that she's a goth and she's rich, everything else got tossed out or inverted

It was a grocery store where he worked, I think, and he cornered and shot the three victims before shooting himself.
In a pre-shooting video he had done practice at a makeshift target range where he shot far more than he actually hit.

She was one of the worst things about the series though. Like that one episode dedicated to her cucking Danny with the "foreign exchange student", or the one where she randomly kisses Tucker or that other when where she kissed the school bully but refused to kiss Danny, etc. Valerie was a much better love interest.
