and? just cause you have the organs to harbor life does not mean you can give birth to living breathing child her organs are just imitations if was born without the gem he probably would have died since his body was incubated in a fake womb in order to not kill the child Rose had to improvise so the best course of action was to give him her gem to make up for her lack of female genetics and physiology. The crewniverse and the show have made it painly obvious gems can't actually give birth without giving up their gems unless you can scrape together some actual evidence that disproves what Rose said you're wrong
