Outside of Usagi? Nobody is touching that damn thing. The only reason it's even usable is because Usagi is a filter for its light. Without her, it's too raw and powerful to do anything with, as it literally kills you to even get close.

That's her daughter, who canonically has her own version of it (which is possibly the *exact* same Crystal). It's all Usagi's soul, at the end of the day.
