Probably a mix of Kickstarter money and merch cash, in the end Hazbin was a hit even tho the spin-off was better . I have rationalized beyond my hateboner for her, even tho I still think she seething at a fucking meme made by some twitter rando was hilariously pathetic.
There's one thing I do worry about tho and that is how this may affect the normie side of youtube animations, many animators have better ideas or more ambitious takes but they probably don't have half the budget and aren't working with people who are already in the industry, and they may be dismissed because of that.
Is never bad to put the bar higher, but when the bar is put upwards just aesthetically we run into an issue of pretty shit over actual substance.
Also Vivzie draws the same sparkledog all the time and is getting annoying.

What makes you think they don't have the resources to make cartoons?

In the last two years they have pumpt out 4 cartoons. Do you know how expensive animation actually is? If you're paying someone to do it, that's a lot of money spent, if you're animating in the hopes of making a margin back, that's a lot of money lost. For real, Vivzie has some deep pockets or is supported by someone who does.

I applaud her taking the momentum and running, but I can't help but feel like she's either going to burn out and get all three strikes at once or is having some family money pumped into all of these projects.

theres no money in that, pump out a shit ton of gaybait characters and let the merch sales for people lusting over said gaybait fuel the fires for MORE gaybait, eventually one will be picked up, and they can live off the residuals from an army of super fans re-watching the episode where the 2 bisexual angel demon wolf goddesses kiss for 20+ years.

ADHD fucker here. She may legitimately want to see a therapist with all these projects she has. If it weren't for forcing myself to stick to one thing and amphetamines, none of my projects would ever be finished. Brokebrains aside, starting a project is much more fun than polishing a project. After you have the rush and lay down the groundwork, a lot of it feels tedious
