also you would think Harley would know Joker well enough to know the only way he could hide himself as a normal person was if he got brainwashed, but its not like she was famous for her study into the Joker's mental conditions or anything or that they literally spent the whole episode on a flashback talking about how good of a doctor she was and her work with the Joker
