Hi thread!

I’ve lost both interest and the plot so I’m just gonna lurk until we run out of robots.

Williamson is finally pulling the trigger on Zoom Corp War and I’m excited

retro!!!!

And that's the Talisman on their ship!

Anyone see that Unreal 5 demo? Sure do wish that was a real game instead of a bunch of graphics-whoring nothing. Cannot express how much I do not care how nice the fucking rocks look.

Yup! Hearts of Steel was Shockwave's fault!

Couldn't stay up till the end of the last thread since 4am. Nice posts everyone.
Also, that ending made me almost tear up. Why can't all series be written like this? Imagine my surprise when I realized yet again that a hated idw series turned out to be good.

this comic is trying to do too much an it's an infodump instead of a comic

Thank you user. Still reading Monstrosity but will switch to that one afterwards.
And why is Zeta such an annoying shit? I like the story but he is so much better written when Roberts is doing him. Like, he actually feels like a corrupt politician with personality there. Can maybe all characters just be written by him and Scott please?

Yup. Damned shame, too.

Design wise, certainly. The kinda sorta elf chick definitely has similar looking bracers/gloves going on.

Also in games, that Paper Mario trailer out of fucking nowhere looked pretty rad, especially with that creepy opening. And then suddenly very extended Metroid reference at the end. I refuse to hold my breathe.

Chris Metzen's thinking is that Zeta Prime hadn't always been a monster but became one in response to the growing civil war: he wanted to restore order and "over time, he concluded that fighting fire with fire was the only reasonable response to what Megatron represented." This doesn't make it into the comic but does fit with his pre-Autocracy appearances in James Roberts stories.
