It's not even a "Calarts style" it's a "i don't know basic anatomy" style. One thing is exaggerating a cartoon character's features so it's more stylised, and a completely different thing is ignoring all laws of physics and anatomy while making no sense whatsoever. For example, you can't have both a beak and a mouth in the same head because beaks ARE mouths, that's like taking a dog and making its snout just a nose-like growth on the face and putting an actual human mouth underneath it. There's making the character different from their real world counterpart and then there's not knowing anything about what you're drawing.
