This made little to no impact, discussion died after a week, and it's practically cancelled.
You love to see it.

im not sad nor glad. they never air it anyway
It's gonna have 52 episodes total
after pre-production (i.e. the stuff done in-house before overseas animation starts) ended Victor and Marly were brought on to work on that upcoming HBO Max Aquaman series
Good fucking riddance.
Bye forever and I hope the show's creator eats garbage from now on, straight from the can.
God the animation isn't even that awful but those designs are a fucking eyesore.
it's out?
28 have been released so far. This thing won't even make it to the end of the year.
It's super funny that something this retarded exists in the first place. I don't think you guys have enough sense of humor.
This show is not on WB's list of priorities. They should sell the series and be done with it.
yeah unless CN drags things out
a chunk of the episodes coulda aired last year: we haven't had any episodes copyrighted 2020 yet (all are copyright 2019), and a guy who directed a few early eps left to storyboard on Mao Mao, and his Mao Mao eps started coming out way back last september
does CN have a history of dragging things out?
It seemed like a decent kid's show and I kinda liked the way they handled the animation to try and give "action" scenes a more fluid and active look, but why they thought slapping the Thundercats name on it was a good idea I've no clue.
Does anyone actually really really like Thundercats? Not the anime version that was an alright attempt at a serious show, the original weird 80's cartoon meant to sell cartoons.
Do kids today know what Thundercats is? Shit I'm in my 30's and my fondest memory of Thundercats is watching the outtake tape where Panthro says "What the fuck is a samoflange?"
what was the legit motivation to make this? did they love it so much that it somehow inspired them to remake it but in comedic form?
This. This thing was doomed to fail even if it was good.
Is there really anything to talk about? It's a shitty show with awful character designs and lack luster stories. I'm not hating it because everyone else hates it. The show just comes off as boring and forgettable to me.
Some of cartoon Twitter likes defending this show and now has this grudge against Clownfish TV because they did a live stream laughing at them.
>everything about steven universe's airing schedule
a bit
im old enough to remember 90's cartoon network and their endless Scooby Doo and Tom and Jerry marathons. Cartoon Cartoons were already a thing, but those only aired friday nights and weekends iirc
That's not the same as dragging out a show's run to make it seem like it lasted longer.
>Some of cartoon Twitter likes defending this show
Not surprised
>You love to see it.
No I don't that why it's failing
Isn't that only three episodes, though? Or did they greenlit more?
Who cares about CalArts inspired production series number 1001987
It's really odd hearing a deeper Lion-o like voice coming out of this design. It makes him and the rest of the cast look younger than they actually are.
>nostalgia
>property they owned and could take whatever they want from it
>cheap to make
>riding on the "success" of ttg including a crossover so similar tone
I can see a bunch of execs in some boardroom asking for another TTG version of another franchise and this one was what was chosen.
It's not similar to TTG in any way. Some anons say it's similar to OK K.O.! but I've never watched that.
Yeah warner sucks at making fake outrage
Its fine to not like things user.
My hatred for this ugly cash grab isn't fake. I just don't talk about it publicly nor give the the satisfaction of giving it my time.
