>Lets give Steven a made up disease to validate having another season
I don't get this """"PTSD"""" angle Sugar is pushing. It's a bullshit disease that people pretend to have so they can get sympathy when they come back home. Trust me I'm in the military (primarily boot camp) and we treat soldier who think they have PTSD like the attention seeking faggots they are.
You're a sociopath. Seek help instead of making shitty threads.
Nathan Rivera
I like soft Steven.
Zachary Wright
>they hated him because he spoke the truth This is a hard redpill to swallow, but only weak people get ptsd.
William Harris
Imagine if the main character of a kid's show became evil and brutally raped another character at the end of an episode and then in the next episode the rape victim fell in love with the main character for raping her but this never went acknowledged as weird or wrong and nobody cared about the rape victim but everybody felt bad for the main character and he never faced any criticism or repercussions for raping somebody
That's probably because any soldier claiming that they had PTSD in boot camp wouldn't have actually seen the kind of shit that gives soldiers PTSD you retard
I'm starting to think that these blatant bait threads are just false flags from SU fans because most of the other threads don't gain enough traction to go beyond 200 posts. If you really hate this show the best thing to do is not to make threads about it and keep the board free of it instead of reeing about it.
it's a fandom only thing. never once said in the show. all the show says is he is stressed, that makes sense to me.
Robert Phillips
You have to realize that people born after 2000 are so emotionally fragile that a Animal Crossing gives them PTSD.
Brody Barnes
Nah SU threads normally have discussion that goes on for several hundred posts, the series just attracted particular autists who either love or hate the show so the ones that hate it make threads like this, while the ones who love it make threads like "SU is the best show ever I want to rape Pearl's face so much"
Nolan Gray
While a lot of PTSD is just tumblr tier bullshit, PTSD is like a real thing that people experience when something actually traumatic happens to them
Jonathan Davis
well I would
Brayden Gonzalez
Several years ago when people started throwing around "PTSD" like it was going out of style in reference to really minor things, I said that it'd devalue the word to the point where people would start to claim that actual PTSD from seeing things like your friend's head getting blown apart in the middle of combat didn't exist. Lo and behold.
Chase Howard
>PTSD is like a real thing that people experience when something actually traumatic happens to them The bar has been set so low that your parents yelling at you or your favorite cereal being sold out will scar people for life.
John Cox
You are comparing grown ass men under stress whose brain is fully developed with a child that is clearly not fully developed in any way. Violence, malnutrition (the only thing I remember seeing Steven eating is sugar, the bits and pizza) and never getting any proteins from your mother (something every human child does while in the womb) must lead to physical and mental problems.
Sebastian Barnes
>Nah SU threads normally have discussion that goes on for several hundred posts
Look in the archives of SU threads from the past few weeks and a great many of them have had less and less traction comparatively to when SU wasn't finished and even on hiatus. There's also plenty of times that the board is completely free of SU threads recently. It's winding down.
yes, that’s tumblr tier bullshit but ACTUAL traumatic events like being in a war, seeing your friends die around you, killing people, suffering catastrophic injuries, things like that, can generally lead to actual medical PTSD
Isaiah Robinson
Must be tough being a war-hardened soldier and knowing you're no better than a tumblr whore with pink problem hair crying about her PTSD she got from Twitch suspending her for a week because she showed her navel.
Leo Myers
thank god, now it'll be like SVTFOE and equally as spammed
This, Star ended almost a year ago now and I still have times where I'll see multiple threads in the catalog just asking if she's a cuck or saying that she killed billions. Once positive discussion of a show dies down here negative discussion persists for years, until the show is eventually forgotten and "re-discovered" years later.
Adam Wright
That is actually the shittiest fucking analogy I've ever heard god damn.
David Rogers
rape =/= murder, but I agree, Jasper’s shattering should have been addressed more
Jaxson Long
I know this page is 18+ but it should also be 50- So we don't have to deal with old idiots
Jason Brown
>Implying that a 50+ year old would be in boot camp user please
Landon Fisher
Not that user but please explain why
Christopher Mitchell
>primarily boot camp shut the fuck up, kid. Go protect some oil company's oil fields.
it was once called shellshocked you pyshco, it has been document for ages under different names in both fiction and non fiction. Why the fuck you watching a children's show if your this psychotic?
Angel Diaz
The analogy would not be an analogy if rape was replaced with murder because that's what actually happened. Murder is just as bad as rape despite people being more desensitized to it than rape, a murder victim falling in love with their murderer is just as fucked up as a rape victim falling in love with their rapist, and a main character getting away with murder is just as wrong as a main character getting away with rape. The show also already practically pulled off the rape version with Jasper becoming a subservient slut for Lapis if forced fusion is to be looked at as something comparable to rape, so don't act like bringing it up is stepping over a line.
Angel Lewis
Man way more replies than I expected after an hour. Thanks for the you's assholes.
Noah Barnes
You’re not in the military, dumbass

>Merely pretending
