S
I thought they were already cancelled a long time ago.

Almost three years of issues, not a bad run.

F but Yang should get a bigger property. People like him and Russell and Fraction should steer the ship over King/Johns/Snyder.

One of the few good comics to come out of the Age of Heroes next to Sideways

Welp, F
It lasted longer than I expected

At least it will be getting a trade. I was half expecting that to get canceled instead.

It's pretty amazing that this managed to survive when the other titles from the linueup died pretty early.

From your lips to Jim Lee's ears, user.

Also, how annoying is it that Ted and Booster are popping up in decent books just as they're getting shitcanned? Kind of annoying imho

I wasn't keeping up with this, was it good?

Just like all of the things that came out of New Age of Superheroes, no. It wasn't.

>Digital only
Fuck you

It was good. Ignore because he doesn't really read comics.

>chinks are taking over DC

The moment Didio was fired I knew this was going to get axed. Oh well at least it lasted this long.

It got pretty good under Yang, but it still suffered from the core problem of it being a team with no real reason to exist other than "they kind of resemble the FF." It was on borrowed time so I don't think Yang tried as hard as he could to re-tool it. Worth reading, though, and the JLC showed up in #25 which is worth the price of admission.

Fuck off

I mean, Jim Lee's not Chinese but sure?

Lee has been in DC editorial for a long ass while, what are you complaining about?
And he's Korean, not a chink

Rest In Peace

At least it had a good run. Many comics never make it as far as it did.
And at least it was a good ride.

Well, it was good while it lasted.

Yang absolutely deserves to take over the main Justice League book

This is your fault, Zig Forums.

DC doesn't deserve Yang on a core book, let's face it.

Man bat is a good guy now?

Yang's wasted on the Avatar shits and his OC books doesn't have that wide of an audience other than other Asians.

He's been a good guy since JLD started, as he should be since he's just Freeze but animals instead of temperature

Gene Luen Yang is easily DC's best writer
fuck DC

>i blame Tom King

what?? this book has been on life support since like issue 7

He's a gigantic YA writer, dude. American Born Chinese was a mammoth hit outside of the Big 2 capeshit bubble.

>i blame Tom King
Why?

This is DC's best book
wit the other shit they put out I can pretty much stop reading capeshit now.
Who the fuck like that death metal shit anyway?

Oh well it was nice to have a DC team with no Bat or Super brats leading it. Mr. Terrific will be fine, but I hope the others get used as well.
