fuck off. I know you like it more because it had serious storylines, but that shit was not popular with anyone except tmnt fans. People stopped talking about it and the ratings where garbage.

Sorry your show was so awful it actually killed a TMNT toy line. Something that shouldn't have been possible after the goodwill that 2012 gave the world.

At first you mean. I saw a lot of criticism aimed at the show for its terrible writing like repeating story arcs like Let's Save Karai or Lets Save April's Father multiple times. I remember April's Father needing saving for two seasonal arcs. And Karai got three seasonal arcs about being saved. And many viewers agree to straight up skip the Farm Arc and the Outer Space arc. So don't go around saying the show that good, it was full of flaws.

That's not it, it also had other flaws like how annoying the Utroms were because of the way they spoke, the Star Wars Clone Wars fans complaining about the battle robots and their speech don't comprehend how annoying the Utroms were in this by comparison. TMNT by Nick excelled in one area, character designs. They look neat and giving the turtles unique designs in a way that isn't completely awful was just solid. But I have to admit I don't like Donatello's design (don't like his messed up teeth and how scrawny and weak he looks). Anyway still character designs aren't going to save this show.

Remember there's other long lasting flaws in this show like the annoying unwanted Love Triangle that dragged for multiple seasons. Also lets not fool ourselves, this show has the worst version of April, Casey, Donatello, and Mikey.

There is a damn good reason viewership decreased with each new season, this show was not good.

Got to correct myself, Black April is the worst. But first Nick April? She's shit. And a complete mess. Dragging the love triangle and ultimately never resolving it. Also starting to train but develops super powers similar to Jean from X-Men and she's uber powerful to the point she was the only one capable of hurting the Demon Dragon who claimed she is superior to the turtles, and also for a while the only one capable of hurting mutated Shredder and able to kill Donatello and use her powers to revive him. This April is garbage.

3rd season is kinda iffy. Shows tend to peak at that season and falter the rest of the way until it gets cancelled. Most of the time, the obvious sign is the characters breaking the 4th wall. And I do not want to see any of the rise turtles do that
