What's wrong with making a cartoon a place to deal with your psychological issues?
What's wrong with making a cartoon a place to deal with your psychological issues?
I don't know
When you've killed people you've gone a little past being able to be redeemed for "psychological issues"
Do you think that George Lucas was brutaly assaulted by his deadbeat father?
I was referring to Noelle, not Catra
The people who have forced themselves into the cartoon business have endless mental illnesses and everyone MUST KNOW.
You can always forgive with love
I like how Noelle tried to normalize the violence inherint in all lesbian relationships as something that can be easily brushed aside.
Any relationship is capable of violence.
Capable, sure, but dykes are just so enthusiastic about it.
its weird when you notice just how violent women are for no apparent reason in completely inappropriate contexts because they think its cute.
user Catra is a fucking psychopath it goes beyond "anyone can be violent"
This is not a healthy relationship
im kind of disappointed about this because i wanted to vicariously live out another Zig Forums characters redemption arc through catra but they rushed it too much and everyone hates it
She definitely acts on her feelings.
>Abusive relationships are bad
>Except when they're gay, then you just need to love the other person back to fix them
That says more about women then anything.
Love can change people.
I mean, people actually defended Ryse of Skywalker you know the one where the girl kiss the guy who tortured and the tried to murder her 3 times by butchering her with a sword...
well... yes, and its amplified when theres 2 women in a relationship rather than 1 or 0
Women who get into abusive relationships hoping that they could fix their partner is still a thing today. It's sad that a lot of them still have that mindset and media perpetuate it. It's one thing to acknowledge that it's wrong, which is why a lot of normies like to watch shows with violence, but defending the action as if it's right is another.
Love CAN change people, but not always.
Catra doesn't have psychological issues, she's A FUCKING CAT. They're ALL batshit psychotic.
Has that ever happen in relationships, though? If it's a Grinch situation I can get it because love in that case refers more to a societal, respectful love rather than a romantic one.
OP, i honestly don't understand what you mean with this question. what do you mean by making it a place to "deal" with your issues?
Oh, nevermind.
I don't know anything about that person.
why was this ending considered good but korra's ending considered bad?
This. I actually like Korra and Asami's relationship more.
>why was this ending considered good
By who?
Even the She-ra fans on Zig Forums didn't like it for butchering the character development to that point
Who are you speaking for? Seems to me everyone loved it.
Because it was developed and wasn't a last minute inclusion that the creators admitted to...?
Because this one happened while Korra one only happened at the non canon comics one year after the writers statements on twitter
Korra one was a guy trying to get brownie points without actually doing anything at all, there was not even hints, he was just lying
As a wlw I recognized Korra and Asami's hints from Season 3.
