Statistically, most of them I would say. Especially when you get into the nitty gritty of subdivisions and what you classify as an ethnicity. Like, you see Indians all the time, but how many are Telugu or Tamil or Sri Lankan? How many are Jainists and not Hindu? There are Japanese folks, but where are the Ainu? The Aboriginals, various native groups of North and South America, the Caribbean, Pacific Islands, fucking 95% of Africa, hell even Europe. When's the last time you saw a Serbian character in a cartoon? Or an Andorran? A Basque? A Spanish speaking character actually from Spain? etc etc etc.

Even individuals who constantly push for diversity into every crevice of media (plus showrunners themselves) neglect to take into account the minorities you have mentioned and much more. It's just "oh she is an African-American and you should be proud she's there" constantly and it comes off as a bad representation. There's no point of re-arranging parts of the show if you can't even get your message portrayed on an accurate and engaging level.
