Scoob sequel and Hanna Barbera Verse

So, if Scoob is a success... Will a sequel happen? Also, will they still go with more Hanna Barbera films if Scoob fails? Or not? I think it will succeed.

"if" Scoob fails? It is failing, Scooby Doo needs a rest from the movies and TV shows. They need start using these other characters for awhile.

No.

Scooby Doo is Eternal.

This is WB's 3rd attempt at a cinematic universe. When will they admit that they simply can't beat Marvel?

>Capone is selling
Good

Who gives a shit about Marvel? Their movies are shit

I hope it succeeds only so we can get the wacky races movie they teased at the end credits with Dick and Muttley as leads.

Didn't they already announce what the next few movies were going to be?

I think they said the second movie will be about the Flintstones and the Jetsons. And then the third movie will be Jonny Quest.

Movies they said are:
>Flintstones
>Jetsons
>Wacky Racers
>Yogi Bear
>Johnny Quest

Say what you want about their content, they're the only cinematic universe that has actually worked financially.

They are the reason all films are shit now, everyone wants to copy their shit. Why can't we have standalones and crossovers like we used to? Also, fuck canon fags, canon ruined artistic vision.

Flintstones and Jetsons are two separate movies? I thought they said they're going to be the same movie.

DCEU has been a financial success, the only movies that didn't make a profit were JL and BOP and that one might have even broken even

JL just so happened to put a huge damper on the DCEU's plans.

True but it's still surviving

They are separate. Though we did have a crossover.

for a cinematic universe to work, you would first need to shit out 2 or 3 movies per year, sometimes 1 month right after another

>The studio is developing Animated films based on The Jetsons (with Conrad Vernon set to direct and Matt Lieberman writing the screenplay),The Flintstones, and Wacky Races.
I think WB will still go with Scoob canon but they won't do crossovers so soon again. I bet Scrappy Doo might be their Thanos if they make money.

>for a cinematic universe to work, you would first need to shit out 2 or 3 movies per year, sometimes 1 month right after another
That's not how Marvel did it

>I bet Scrappy Doo might be their Thanos if they make money.

I thought Doctor Zin might be the big villain behind everything, which would explain why the Jonny Quest movie is last.

Is it? Wonder Woman and Aquaman are getting sequels, but their first movies kept BvS and JL at arm's length, barely referencing them/contradicting the events of them.
The obligatory sequels (they made enough money to make the sequels inevitable) seem to distance themselves even more.

Shazam was never part of the DCEU, he lives in a universe where Batman and Superman aren't controversial at all, they are Superfriends with toys and fanbases.
Joaquer is clearly nothing to do with the DCEU.
No one wants to have any attachment to the dismal Birds of Prey.
The Flash movie is never going to actually happen.
The Batman movie is another Bat-reboot with no connection to any of the other DC films.

Seems kinda dead to me.

>Shazam was never part of the DCEU
That's an outright lie

>Shazam was never part of the DCEU
Wrong
>No one wants to have any attachment to the dismal Birds of Prey
Wrong
>The Flash movie is never going to actually happen
Wrong

Bit weird considering they introduced Blue Falcon, Captain Caveman and dedicated most of the closing sequence to the Falcon Squad, or whatever it was called.

Are the events of BvS or JL ever referenced in Shazam?

Did Scoob tease a sequel or Spin offs?

Freddy has a copy of Time magazine showing the world engine from MoS and a newspaper clipping saying "Superman is back" referencing Justice League. He also has a batarang that's exactly like Afflecks and Superman shows up in the DCEU suit at the end of the film.

Not that user but the Flash movie is cursed, they literally just let go of the actress who was going to play Iris and Ezra choked out a drunk woman

Birds of Prey was not a financial success and really is just a terrible movie it will probably be referenced in Gunn’s SS or the execs will be smart and remove Harley from it

Shazam is in a weird spot it has small references to the DCEU but then it doesn’t and follows a different continuity

He didn't choke her

I mean he did but whatever, it’s late and I don’t feel like arguing with an idiot

He was playing with her retard. He didn't actually choke her.

Well if it’s a success, I hope they can the shitty writers and celebrity VAs for future movies and bring in people who actually know Scooby Doo. There’s no excuse for Shaggy, Daphne, Velma and Fred to sound nothing like how they’re supposed to.

Yes, loads.

Matthew Lillard sucks but they could age them a bit for the sequel so the voices sound different, never liked change of voice actors in movies with no explanation. Daphne should stay the same though, love her voice.
