In-universe the story ended in summer 2016. Since about 4 years have passed, if the show took place in the real world which it doesn't but whatever, I assume Eclipsa is now fat(ter) and living off welfare checks because she can no longer contribute to society in any useful way. Meteora's in some cheap-ass preschool in the monster-ravaged LA ghetto. Globgor might be dead; I can't imagine people humoring a guy who ate people. Star and Marco are probably just living it up in the Diaz house. Maybe she's pregnant, Iunno.

I hope Mina's doing well.

Who is the mad genocider with a massive body count?
Who sleeps on their graves and dances on their dust
With tears made of lies and a heart full of wickedness
Whose infinite sins are known near and far
It's Mewni's own genocider, our dear Princess Star

And under the dusts and blood and corpses
Lies hidden a guiltless and regretless girl
The innocents of magic that lives in peace
Will cower in fear when this shooting Star...
...collide!

Has there been a more garbage ending than this one? I don’t think so.

Wait, I forgot about Moon and River. Okay let's do this.

I like that greentext shitpost where Star mentions Globgor and River hooking up because I think it would just be the biggest fuck-you to both families. So actually let's say that happened; they start an affair and Moon and/or Eclipsa catch them in the heat of passion one day, and so they unceremoniously walk out on their families and get gay married.

Star would normally be supportive because she's SJW but is pissed because it's her dad just leaving them like that, while Moon goes full stereotypical Republican as usual. Globgor and River end up completely cut off from both families. Eventually Globgor eats River in a domestic dispute that gets out of hand because of his uncontrollable feral monster instincts (a la Shastacan), and then a bunch of cops end up having to take Globgor out too. No one goes to either funeral.

Moon probably goes to therapy for all the shit that's happened across her life and gets addicted to some prescription drug, and while I guess she appreciates it more than the literal nothing they had on Mewni, neither one really helps.

Weaving holocaust like a born doom-caster
And wreaking havoc like a dimensional disaster
She rocks her Destruction and Universes Shatterer
She's gonna earn her blood crown, so hail to the quee-e-e-een!

'Cause she's a real genocider , she's the best
She's a ball of evil in a hot blood dress
She's a thunderstorm striking through the village
She's our shooting Star, and she's inflaming up the sky!

Oooh-oooh!
Oooh-oooh-oooh!

Adventure Time and Steven Universe, unironically.

Wait. Just one more thing.

Ludo and Dennis pretty much become the kappa versions of white soiboi millennials, start using social media and maybe attempt to become internet personalities but don't really succeed. Sometimes Ludo tries to get Star to hang out with them and she's played a basketball game at Castle Avarius at least once, but mostly it's just awkward and she avoids them.

I can’t believe all those people died for nothing thanks to Nefcy.

Most everyone's dead, mate.

What can I say; I'm an optimist.

Question, were there any implications of the afterlife in the show? And if there were, what are the chances of it being fueled by magic too?

>Question, were there any implications of the afterlife in the show?
There is this cute boy called Tom who is the king of the underworld and can summon the soul of a dead person but it can kill him
>And if there were, what are the chances of it being fueled by magic too?
0.
I think they got to the 0 existence, something something soul destroyed

The Realm of Magic was the afterlife of the queens IIRC, which was why their spirits were there in the finale. Since they faded away along with the Realm, you're right, that afterlife at least is gone.

Other than that, I don't think there are any references to the afterlife for everyone else beyond the everyday kind of references to heaven and hell. The Underworld usually doesn't seem like it's meant to be literal hell, but they do have something called the "soulrise" which could be interpreted as involving the tormented souls of the damned etc.-- but it's not clear how literal that actually is. Also the guidebook pretty much said Tom's literally the son of Satan, but then that got retconned by S3.

So the only possible afterlife for all those who died is either hell or void?

>So the only possible afterlife for all those who died is either hell or void?
I think.
We don't know for sure if Tom had to take a soul from his reign or from another heaven

Colliding Star inflaming in the night so bright
She started to plot a pair of extermination plans
The villain rose up from inside the princess's heart
She did what she had to do and know what she'd lost

Magic and the magic beings
How could she plot another plan for herself?
She confessed to her friends, all full of support
The King and Queen exchanged a look, and this is what they said
This is what they said, this is what they said:

"You did what you had to do
You killed the magic of the universes and the High Commission too
To keep the peace, there will be no people
No war without people
No war without people"

Those were bad but Star vs was a massive fuck up, an anti racism show promoting genocide to little kids.

OK people. What would happen in an hypothetical Season 6?

inb4 Star is lynched by angry Mewmans

>OK people. What would happen in an hypothetical Season 6?
Star is lynched by angry humans

Star and Marco are broken up by this point, monsters and humans still don’t see eye to eye but tolerate each other.

>3/3 ways fans of the show are still expanding the world and making fan art. That was always my hope with the show and the ending, that it would leave room for more stories and adventures.
How? Star destroyed magic, there is no portals, there is no magic beings, the villains are all defeated, there is nothing to explore, there is nothing more to do.

1. Timeskip a few years in the future where we see Marco and Star are both unhappy with their relationship but neither got the guts to admit it and broke up. Marco is doing his best to appear happy and trying to bring back the spark that's gone for good.
Star is dealing with the realisation what she'd done and now is constantly haunted by thoughts of what could have been done differently.
2. Other people who were friends/in contact with magical beings try to either bring them back to life or avenge them by hunting down Star and the people she cares for.

>there is nothing more to do.
Adventures in Post-Cleaved monster segregation.

So I never saw the show past the episode where Star kills Toffee for good, could someone give me the rundown of the events that lead up to star committing genocide?

>even Nefcy was doubtful of Star’s well being

>Marco is doing his best to appear happy and trying to bring back the spark that's gone for good.
I could see the distancing between them, with Star hanging out more with SF13 and Pony Head, while Marco has Janna, Ferguson and Alfonzo.

This. Something like Kipo.

I wonder how Nefcy feels about Genocide Star?

She was fine with Doop-Doop dying as well as everyone of Star’s magical friends minus the puppies.
