Would he really be mastermind tier? Not the biggest buff on him but he never really struck me as top tier strategy wise.

I just assumed he was really smart because hes a lantern but thanks ill lower it

Perhaps maxing DT's social would fit better? Also maybe you should raise their temperament, they can get annoyed by people, but they never got angry onscreen
