The others wouldn't be too hard as with so many past avatars you don't have to worry about the tales getting stale or characters being over done.

Deep are the wounds that civil strife inflicts. Kiyoshi's failure to disband them before being reincarnated doomed the Earth Kingdom to an inside coup. Whoever offered the Dai Li a better deal won them over. Even Azula realized they weren't worth keeping around.
