So what's the most over powered element???

>Air
>projection
Projection isnt an air exclusive thing, we have seen other benders project in the spirit world.
Flight should be in that circle.

Depends on where you are and how skilled you are. Avatar does a good job with balancing every element, no one is stronger than the others.

That’s weird I thought there were only 4

water easy,
Healing alone ruins the balance of the elements but putting blood bending on top of it is nonsensical

Combustion. Everything and everyone is a bomb. You can't dodge or defend against it.

>You can't dodge or defend against it.
...But you can.
...As evidenced in the show.

Are they actually bending blood? Or just water? Because they'd die relatively fast if their blood was controlled. Even weirder how it could make you stop bending.

Any single one has the potential to be ridiculously powerful. Notice how the strongest benders are the ones who incorporate techniques of other styles into their own. Zuko does some airbending-style moves late in the series, for example. Toph is probably an exception because she goes so hard on earthbending that it doesn't matter.

>bends air out of your lungs

There was only 1 combustion man in the entire world though, right?

Eh, I would put "swamp bending" as the water discipline closest to earth. I don't really see how healing is distinct from blood bending except in application.

>killer queen has already touched that temple

bending the blood out of your brain would incapacitate you much faster.

Use other elements or raw styles.
Toph used bent like a badger mole, not like the human styles.
Zuko used more circular movements after prolonged pursuit of aang and the Dragon style was also a lot more open and flowing than the other fire bender we had seen.

Just the water that's in the body. They cant control blood flow I dont think

I can say for sure that air is the weakest.

Also, I feel like there is some cross over in the other elements with Lava. Earth benders can bend it, because it's molten earth, sure. But it's fluid like water, so it shares more properties with water bending's ebb and flow. And it also has a fire element to it as well.

Regardless, I guess I'd probably put water as the strongest, or at least the one with the most potential. Water puts out fires and erodes the earth. It can even disperse the energy in lightning if you have a large enough volume of it.

2. The other was in Korra. Both lost due to their own power. (Disoriented mind's eye blew Combustion Man off the Western Air Temple cliffside and Suyin bent a metal helmet around P'li's head just before she combustion-bent, blowing her own head up.)

Lava bending was so absurd

Wow the Void has its source from Air?

There are a lot of factors to judge this
Fire can be OP because they can generate their element while the others need the element present. If you're in a fight, there's usually Air, but Fire feeds off Air.
Water can take different forms (ice, snow, mist, etc) and bloodbending is OP (can vary based on whether the full moon is needed or if the person is skilled enough that they don't need it e.g. Yakone, Tarrlok, Noatok) There's also the healing ability, but it's not shared with every Waterbender and takes time to work.
Not necessarily Earth, but Metalbending is very strong because it's the sturdiest of all the bendable materials (if you can trap your opponent in it, you're basically stuck until YOU let them out)
Air can be strong because it's surrounding your opponent at the very beginning of the fight.
>inb4 cringe
I love the show and I don't have much else to occupy my mind with ATM.

>Combat situations
Strongest special: Bloodbending on non full moons, can kill anyone
Weakest special: Projection, watch yourself die
Strongest base: Earth, good defense and offense
Weakest base: Fire, every other element can put out fire, nation had to compensate with technology
>Peaceful situations (no attacking others)
Strongest special: Healing, save lives from accidents
Weakest special: Combustion, doesn't have a purpose
Strongest base: Earth, build buildings to live in
Weakest base: Fire, good for quick warmth otherwise not great for peacetime
>Overall
Fire is the biggest loser
Water has 2 OP specials
Air is okay, the monks downplayed it
Earth is good

blood bending

If bone bending is a thing then earth. Add the faact you can mine gems and gold.

When we say combustion we mean like Sparky Sparky Boom Man blowing-shit-up right? If so combustion would have a very reasonable peaceful application (blowing up rocks and shit for mining purposes, demolishing unused structures, etc)

Fire because its the weakest.

they really wanted to make it narutoesque and turned it into boring shit

>So what's the most over powered element???
What is the most overpowered martial art?
I guess it depends on the person.

Water and Air are the only ones capable of instant death but Water is better are nearly everything else.

>Lightning is a branch of Fire

Did you watch this show

How does fire and lightning are connected? I can buy the others but that is reaching

The thing is most of the bending requires forms and body movement. Blood bending kind of stops that

Pretty sure the justification is that theyre both plasmas. Good enough for me.

Water- Liquid
Earth- Solid
Air- Gas
Fire- Plasma
?

Firebenders manipulate plasma and heat. They're presented as not having as fine control over lightning like they do over fire, but they have the ability to generate it through the interaction of positive and negative magic and then direct it.

The only ones you got right are Fire and maybe Air. Earth is minerals and Water is water.

Spirit- plot holes

Hell, why even bother with learning bloodbending? Just freeze the blood on the veins or the water on the brain or lungs and your target is as good as dead. The other elements are just flashy while water is pure efficiency.
