Given the large amount of media, a lot of Batman is overrated, the Tim Burton movies, the Cartoons, All-Star, an issue on Inc, and so on. You don't get a 70+ year run without a large portion of overrated shit.

Sorta unrelated but back when Super Hero Squad Online (an online multi-player game that lasted from 2011 to 2017) still existed I had tons of fun plying as the Captain America characters. Bucky was great because he was the cheapest Cap you could buy in the game and he was very fun to use. Game didn't have Sam Wilson Cap though, but it did have American Dream, Avengers Captain America, WWII Cap, Cap from the Winter Soldier movie and Bucky as the winter soldier too. Those were some good times, I miss that game so damn much.
