Definitely, though this would technically be a discussion for Zig Forums

It's probably the gayest animated children's movie ever made, so yes.

it is? isnt it just about a wolf ending up as good friends with a goat? poster looks innocent enough.

Ah no, the last foreign lamb film I watched was this, I'm not ready for this feels again. Not after Ringing Bell

Pretty heartwarming. After this, watch The Ringing Bell too.

Still pretty good if you don“t mind about the overtly gay undertones typical of Gisaburo Sugii (Galactic railroad and SFII the movie are also gay as fuck).

>gay undertones typical of Gisaburo Sugii
I didn't notice any in Guskou Budori, though

Do the goat and the wolf fuck?

>two boys having a close relationship
>"they must be gay"
I blame the LGBTBBQ community for this
and also my autism

I never got this, How can you be an enemy with your food? Is mankinds greatest enemy cows?

>How can you be an enemy with your food
Its a wolf, and a sheep nigga. The wolf is the enemy of the sheep because you know- they fucking eat them. The sheep is a living animal with you know- instincts, desires, and in the case of this cartoon a personality. You forget that the tendies your mom serves you come from a living animal?

dont forget the fujo whores

>its unnatural for two people to grow romantically involved when they have a close bond
If it was a man and a woman they'd be fucking in a month. You've been doctrined to believe homosexuality is abnormal or something that doesnt reside in most people. But that doesnt mean that isnt the case. Of course homosexuality becomes more casual once you stop beating people to death for touching penises (and yeah i know you're gonna refer to the last part as a positive because you're an edgy Zig Forumsfag. Not realizing that only makes it even more clear that you've been doctrined against natural behaviour)

Nigga I'm talking about how people think that two boys being close friends means they must be sucking each other's cocks, not this idea of "well everyone is homosexual bro its natural" idea you're trying to push.
Talk about indoctrination and then you spout this bullshit, get outta here.
Most normal people don't want to fuck the same sex and thats just objective fact.
If you want argue that its not that abnormal, sure. But don't do this gayfag cope bullshit of "bruh everyone's gay bruh you just gotta cast off the conditioning".
I'm just saying I'm disappointed in modernity where two same sex people can't be close friends without insecure homosexuals or fujos coming out of the woodwork to imply that its sexual in nature instead of you know- a deep fucking bond, goddamn son.

>Nigga I'm talking about how people think that two boys being close friends means they must be sucking each other's cocks,
Nobody is saying that, you can have romantic love without sex you caveman brain retard
>Talk about indoctrination and then you spout this bullshit, get outta here.
I'm not the one who lived in a society where bible thumpers had control of the media and constantly told children its wrong to be gay.
>not this idea of "well everyone is homosexual bro its natural" idea you're trying to push.
>Most normal people don't want to fuck the same sex and thats just objective fact.
First of all, I wasnt even talking about fucking. Just romantic love. As for sexual attraction, I dont think thats very true. Society still has massive stigmas against homosexuality and any statistical "evidence" can have alot of people simply lying about it in fear of that stigma. As long as the very concept of having to "come out" exists in modern society, you wont get a solid answer to how common sexual attraction among males is.

A deep bond very commonly evolves in a romantic relationship. There are many cases for that in intersex relationships. I dont see why the same isnt possible for same sex relationships, again, its that anti-gay stigma that you've been indoctrinated with

Explain trannyism if homosexuality is so "normal"
How come it connects up to its branches so heavily? If being gay was so normal, then you wouldnt have gay men looking to crossdress or mutilating themselves to become more like the opposite sex.

Platonic friendship staying platonic is just being practical in relationships. Romantic attraction doesnt always imply sexual attraction but mere adoration to imitate the behaviours the character lacks. It might get a bit borderline from time to time but its merely an effort for people to try and makeup for what they lack in confidence. Its not that hard to figure out.

It's completely different. Ringing bell is fucked up.

It's a good cute movie. Has a nice fandub on youtube.

>Nobody is saying that, you can have romantic love without sex you caveman brain retard
You really can't. Romance is inherently sexual.
>I'm not the one who lived in a society where bible thumpers had control of the media and constantly told children its wrong to be gay.
Why do you assume I'm american? Why do you assume all of america is like this?
>First of all, I wasnt even talking about fucking. Just romantic love. As for sexual attraction, I dont think thats very true. tl;dr
no, "romantic" love is inherently sexual and you're going off into a tumblr-tier tangent. You don't get to push this narrative of "everyone is gay" and then not bring any sort of statistical evidence into it by coping out of it by "Well the stats are all LIES because muh stigma". Nigga the stigma around being gay is at an all time low. I literally passed a gay male couple walking hand in hand as I was driving today.
>A deep bond very commonly evolves in a romantic relationship. There are many cases for that in intersex relationships. I dont see why the same isnt possible for same sex relationships, again, its that anti-gay stigma that you've been indoctrinated with
You're literally trying to say nobody can have a "deep bond" without it being romantic in nature, and then go out of your way to deny that romance is inherently sexual.
What the fuck is wrong with you?
Why can't people form deep bonds without it being sexualized/romanti- well shit I think I realize you might mean "romantic" in the term of idealistic I suppose but you know damn well the term "romance" is loaded as fuck so no wonder you sound retarded.

The guy was just asking if the movie was good man.

Only Zig Forums (and Zig Forums) could take a thread about one stormy night and turn it into a LGBT and trans rant.

Isn't this anime tho?

>everyone that disagrees with me is /pol

I dont agree with the devilsasvocates in this thread (especially over a godamm kids film ffs) but scapegoats wont help you deal with them, especially when you cant argue and articulate your points

There was enough subtext that they turned the goat into a girl for the tv series.

Yeah it's pretty comfy.

That's not how enemies work dipshit

I remember watching that dub not realizing it was unofficial at the time. Something seemed off, but the sound quality was nice enough that I didn't think much of it at the time

Trannyism isnt related to LGB, trannies just try to lump themselves in with us and our reputation suffers because of it.

>Romance is inherently sexual.
Not the guy you're replying to, but no its not you psued faggot

Supposedly, in the original book, Mei the goat's sex was never established. Japanese doesn't have specifically "male" or "female" pronouns, and Mei's dialog could've been indicative of either a girl or a very well-mannered boy. So, making him male in the movie and female in the TV series is still canon according to the book.

I believe the author said that Mei is a boy in the book.

Also it's not that japanese doesn't have male and female pronouns, just that they also have gender neutral pronouns that are often used for whatever reasons.
