Last I checked, Jerry never had a body made of eyeballs after his was destroyed by an experimental toilet his neighbor forced him to test.

Carl has to deal with annoying neighbors who's misadventures could reach him and screw him, but overall, he's okay with his life - no kids, no wife, sex with a lot of women. Jerry lives with a family that constantly hates him and lost the pants of the house to Rick.

Carl in Jerry's world would probably hit it off well with Rick at first but, i'd imagine Carl would make plenty of sexual advances to Beth and Summer. They would all end up hating him at some point maybe less than Jerry though.Prompting Rick to sell him as "far better than Jerry!". But anyway, Carl would probably ask rick to make some invention to enhance Goliath himself or Carl would just fuck with some stuff in the garage and get himself killed. I can't imagine Carl doing anything with Morty for more than 15 seconds. Their conversations would be short Q&A's like "Hey Kid?" or "What the hell is her problem?". That Morty would ignore or answer to get Carl to go away. It would be pretty funny to see Carl fight Rick at some point too.

Jerry in Aqua-team hunger force art style would his enhance his nobody-ness. Conclusion: Due to Carl's easy to please core character Trate, Carl becomes a Mafioso styles Cyber-Enhanced Mutant-muscled Goon side-kick to Rick, has a chip implanted in his brain to keep him from seeing Summer or Beth and is a half way decent replacement father for North as Uncle Carl. Morty goes on to mature out of his three-point character and fucks off to college. Beth may or may not desire Carl's New form, and may or may not know about or approve of Carl's perceptions being altered. Maybe Carl has a spine or the implants that cause him to see Beth and Summer as ugly, or better yet, maybe Carl's Italian Normalcy. Values lower the creepy invest vibes of the entire Sanchez/Smith family, naturally. If Carl is Beth's brother from a different father, same mom.

Jerry is a normal below average failed business man. In ATHF those guys are as powerful as Satan in a horror movie. Carl is a base below average guy primary motivated by sexual appetite and a desire to be cool and or normal. In R&M he'd be sort of clueless and at the whim of Rock's ambition. If Rick had access to ATHF New Jersey he wouldn't go there, if ATHF New Jersey had access to Rock's timeline he wouldn't tolerate it.
Carl becomes Rick's enforcer. Jerry becomes Lord of New Jersey.

He hates where he is but is too spineless to either change or to decide he deserves his own happiness and just leave on his own accord since the family will always favor Rick and that he should just cut his losses.
